Room was dirty and smelled like smoke. There was mold on the ceiling, and the light that shined into the room made it hard to sleep even with the torn shade. It was way over priced and disgusting. Don’t stay here!

Good service. Clean room.

Beds are too high, hard to get in if you are not tall. Bathroom plaster repair not completed on wall. Door lock was very loose. Looks like someone had pried it open.

The property was clean but not updated. There weren’t any hooks in the bathroom or a full length mirror. There were spots in the ceiling and knicks in the wood. When checking in, I explained that I would need to leave my luggage after checkout because my train was later in the afternoon. The clerk said it should be okay, but to mention while checking out. I asked for a note to be placed to avoid confusion, but it didn’t happen. The clerk who checked me out seemed to disagree with leaving me bags. I explained my discussion with the check in clerk. She asked a coworker and reluctantly placed the bags behind the desk. I didn’t think that I was asking a lot since I had already explained the matter, and was a guest in the hotel.

I was very happy with my recent stay at Comfort Inn. The location was convenient to everything, the room was very clean and updated, the staff was helpful and friendly and the breakfast was better than expected. The room had a microwave and mini fridge which was helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room had everything we needed. We had a great stay!

The room was nice and comfortable.

We always enjoy staying here when we are in the area. Our room this time wasnt as nice as the 1st time we stayed there. The ceiling had patched and not finished. The jacuzzi had a clump of black hair in it when we started it. So it wasnt cleaned the best.

The customer service was great! The only issues we had were dirty sheets and the toilet was leaking water all over the floor. Other than that, it was alright

I like that the property was vy a food spot.

The inside of the building was very run down. Breakfast was one of the saddest I’ve seen. A tornado siren went off the night we were there and the person at the front desk had no clue about safety. He seemed confused with why people were coming downstairs while the sirens were going off. He also suggested we sit in the front room. The front room was all filled with large windows. Staff should be trained what to do in weather emergencies.

Have stayed at this hotel below. Really enjoyed the bed. Definitely showing it’s age but fine for an overnight stay. Breakfast was so so quality-wise (too carby/sugary) but there were eggs and English muffins so that was good. Coffee was good too.

It served its purpose for one night the windows and walls are thin you can hear all the traffic all night or the other room. But the room was clean the breakfast was great the staff was so welcoming and kind. The pool was a nice little touch nothing fancy but enough to keep a child playing. The beds were very comfortable. There was a lady bug in the bathroom.

Beds were very comfortable. The blinds were great to block out parking lot lights. There was some highway noise heard from room we were in but not too bad.
