Friendly staff and comfortable room for family staycation. Just note that the bathroom needs deep cleaning because there is always an unpleasant smell. Overall, this is a recommended hotel in Bekasi and the pool is great!! Thank you

Staying at Harris is very pleasant, but on weekends it is fully booked, so the reception is full, but we are served with snacks while waiting for the key. Basically, everything is paid off with a room with a nice view directly to the city center. The swimming pool is also nice. Suggestions on weekends at the swimming pool can provide a noodle or snack menu because usually after swimming you will be hungry.

The hotel's location is right next to SMB Mall, making it easy to find food for lunch and dinner. Despite its proximity to the mall, the hotel's atmosphere remains comfortable.

Fast checkin/out process, friendly staff, direct access to the mall so it's easy to find food that suits your taste, the room is quite spacious, clean, the AC is cold. The lighting is also sufficient, not dim. The kids love their staycation here. Definitely will come back. Thank you Harris Hotel

The staff is friendly, I got a room on the 2nd floor, it was a bit stuffy and humid. The towels and bed sheets were not very clean. The towels were already worn out. My brother used the men's toilet on the 1st floor (breakfast area), but the bidet couldn't be used. The maintenance of the facilities must be improved. The food is varied, but the taste tends to be salty for the buffet and the lontong sayur, to the point that I didn't finish it because it was salty. It's quite unfortunate.. even though it's in the same class as Harris
