The time I checked in to the first room, the switch in the room doesn’t work, there is only light in the bathroom. Then they change me to another room, and this room had a horrible smell like something died there. The front desk lady said the sewer was backed up in that room, and she apologized so she gave me another room. This room in the beginning was alright; however, when I took a shower, the drain was clogged up and had a difficult time to drain. Also, the people in the room next to me was smoking. I complained about the shower drain, and the front desk man gave me a room with a broken shower head that was leaking all over. He was very rude when I told him about the shower head being leaking and he said that this is a 2 stars hotel. I said on Orbitz it says 3 stars. No matter what star the hotel is, his unprofessional and unapologetic altitude made the whole experience in France disheartening. I cannot believe he said to me that it’s not his responsibility and that I should put up with it. His action and demure are inexcusable since he should understand that customers complaints that are valid should be taken with care and consideration. He said he is very busy and that he has no time for me, I cannot fathom such rude behavior coming from the employee of the hotel. The front desk ladies I encountered were nice and professional, but it didn’t make it any better. Loud noise from outside til late hours, smoking smell. I give this hotel a negative star.

Rooms were basic but clean, with good amenities. The staff were helpful and pleasant. It's a fantastic location, literally next to the train station and only a few minutes walk into the city centre and Place Stanislas. They let me store my bag as I was early for check-in.

Great, comfortable hotel with helpful staff. Nice and quiet and a good location for access to the station and RERB for the airport.

Very small room but clean and OK. The biggest positive was the digital heating system. The numerous other hotels in France on this trip had knobs to fidget with. The staff were all good except one worker in the breakfast room who dropped a large utensil on the floor and just put it back for others to use. This was disgusting. She should have replaced it.

Nowhere conditioning required open windows and it is right about the bus station which is very noisy . They put us on the floor which they were painting so we had to deal with paint fumes as well

Hôtel en rénovation avec chariots dans les couloirs bloquants l’accès aux chambres. Hébergiste qui est incapable de donner des informations pour se garer avec excuses de 3 mois d’ancienneté…… Lit catastrophique qui s’écrase.

Hôtel avec du charme et un personnel accueillant. On laisse la clef de sa chambre dans une panière accessible juste en ouvrant la porte extérieure, y compris quand personne n’est présent à l’accueil ! Le petit déjeuner se compose de produits bas de gamme qui ne sont pas bien disponible (2 jours sans céréales, des gâteaux industriels, rien de local, des œufs trois cuits, omelette sans goût,….) ; un point positif pour le pain frais ! Heureusement que l’hôtel est très bien placé.

Au départ, très bon accueil et ensuite très jolie chambre confortable et très propre. Je recommande sans aucunr hésitation cet hôtel.

La chambre ne correspondait pas à la photo par contre nous avons été agréablement surpris par le contact chaleureux du personnel

Personnel très à l écoute, chambre très bien insonorisé. Seul bémol, douche un peu petite et rideau de douche pas pratique Très bien placé à Nancy, proche de tous à pied

Lit non fait lors de la réception de chambre, ancien drap de l’ancien locataire, aucune solution trouvée, sûrement que changer des draps c’est trop demander à un hôtel.

Très accessible : proximité de la gare SNCF et du centre ville 8 min place Stanislas Accueil très chaleureux de l’hôtesse et de l’hôte ; chambre propre étroite en raison d’un large lit ; superbe buffet de petit déjeuner

Hôtel ne méritant pas ses trois étoiles et bien trop cher pour la qualité proposée. Mobilier minimaliste (le lit double n'est composé que de deux lits collés), pas de clim et odeurs des restaurants environnants rendant l'ouverture des fenêtres pénible...) Seuls points forts le personnel très aimable et l'emplacement (même si de gros travaux dans la rue débutant à 7h30 sont une vraie nuisance en ce moment...)

Hotellet var nedgånget och som sovplats erbjöds bland annat en bäddsoffa som formades som ett u när man lade sig. Varje gång vi använde hissen fanns en oro att inte komma ut ur den. Tråkig inredning och fimpar på balkongen. Frukosten var väldigt sparsam och intogs i en tråkig källarlokal. Läget var centralt men i övrigt var det inte något att hurra för.

Personnel au petit soin et très gentil. En revanche l’hôtel mériterait un bon coup de rénovation et l’ascenseur aussi ! Il fait un bruit d’enfer pas cool quand on a la chambre juste devant.
