A very specious room, car park a little tight to enter. Free bottle of wine a nice touch! We were only here for one night after arriving in Pisa. Needed a crash pad, then on to Florence the next day. It was perfect, great air-con, and 15 min walk to the town centre.

Great room (I had an apartment) for the night. Easy walk (15min) to Tower, churches and museums. Nice breakfast. I was able to check in early which was much appreciated. All at a great rate!

Best location to reach Pisa tower. Quiet, clean, and breakfast is wholesome. Late entry was easy, with very detailed instructions.

This property did great to help me check-in. Even though there was no front desk at the time I arrived, the instructions were clear and accurate. The information worked to get me in, so no issues to check-in. I wish it had a TV in the room but this was a minor thing compared to the rest.

I arrived after midnight and unfortunately there was no glasses/cups etc in room to even try and get a glass of water. Pillows on bed were lumpy. Breakfast was ok however.

We enjoyed our stay . Room was great breakfast was great . The owner was very helpful. It was on walking distance to down town Pisa I would highly recommend this place

A comfortable stay in a spacious room. Easy walk to the Pisa Tower & restaurants. We stayed for 3 nights & would definitely recommend.

Strong smell of cleaning agent lingering in the room all night… third bed - sofa bed poor condition … didn’t provide drinking water in the room … no kettle provided … no tissue paper in the washroom nor anywhere … but like the solar room and garden .. breakfast is good … staffs are friendly and helpful Suggest management fix the above issue thanks

The hotel was good and the location was excellent, a few minutes away from the tower. I arrived at 1plus pm, however it was closed and had to wait till 3pm to be checked in. The checked in was smooth and the staff was great. It would be great if the reception is open from 1pm to 3pm. The room was big and great, however O only have one complaint, the tv was ridiculously small to my liking. Overall my stay was excellent!

Nice place, not fancy, clean, good parking. Decent location, you need a car. Pisa has very poor transportation. No uber, good luck getting a taxi.

Clean and served a purpose.

Great parking bidet sprayer heads need to be changed. Ventilation fans are needed in the room. If you left the doors open, mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was really good. Host and hostess were extremely accommodating. We felt safe and secure.

Fantastic location and the place was better than we expected. Highly recommend it for anyone who wants a base to travel around Tuscany. So easy to catch the train and get around 👍

Liked the proximity to everything and free parking. Loved the ability to self check in. Only thing to consider in the future is adding a curtain to the glass entry door. When you have multiple guests using the living room as their sleeping space anyone can open the shutters and see right inside. No privacy.
