All staff are very nice and friendly

An affordable hotel with pretty good service. However, for those on the 4th floor and above, you have to walk about 40 meters to get to the hotel. Then, take the elevator again. Most impressively, this budget hotel offers a wide variety of delicious food. Highly recommended.

Most recommended hotel for the 300,000 IDR budget. The most important thing is clean water. The rooms are spacious, and the AC works well, even though it's old-fashioned. Everything is as described. The food is satisfying, and the hotel is cool and fragrant. The hotel's exterior looks ordinary, but the inside is truly extraordinary.

The staff is friendly but does not provide satisfactory service because it relies on self-service. The facilities provided, such as towels, are very unsatisfactory. Highly not recommended if there are no improvements in both service and facility quality.

1. The room was far from the main lobby. 2. The breakfast menu was already sold out by 7 a.m., and the restaurant staff was slow to refill the food. 3. The menu was limited, with no dessert cakes or fruit. 4. The TV was a bit blurry.

Overall, it's satisfactory. I've been here many times when I'm in Makassar. The only real challenge is the long elevator ride from the lobby to the room. Hopefully, there will be a solution in the future.

Check-in took a long time, we were told to wait for almost an hour, they said the room was just being cleaned, even though it was already 16.00

It's a bit of a long walk from the hotel lobby to the room because the hotel rooms are in different buildings.

stayed for 5 nights, all the staff were friendly, the service was good, fast. The Junior suite room brought the bed under it was dirty with lots of trash, when we first entered the sheets were not clean, the TV picture was not clear, the AC needed time to cool down to the maximum, the hot water was sometimes not cold.. the food was delicious, you can order at any time... the quality of the room needs to be considered, 719 thousand for the room facilities are a bit lacking.. thank you

I BROUGHT MY FAMILY FROM KALIMANTAN TO STAY NIGHT AT THIS HOTEL. I BOOKED TWO ROOMS. THE ROOMS WERE EXTRAORDINARY SMELLY THE AC WAS STUNNING, THERE WAS NO COLD MAYBE BECAUSE THE AC WAS OLD. THE BREAKPAST WAS GOOD, ONLY THE PRICE WAS ADDITIONAL UP TO 70K/PERSON. THE SERVICE WAS JUST ORDINARY.

location is very close to the culinary center of Losari Beach. Close to the largest Mall in Makassar.

4 days 3 nights stay here, overall good, comfortable, close to cute cafes and Losari Beach. Next time if you stay here, book one that can see the beach.

Value for money. Location close to Losari Beach, close to several shopping areas. Quiet atmosphere, safe parking. Recommended.
