Average hotel. Clean but nothing special.

I like the property but I thought it had a shuttle to take you to the casino

This is a good alternative to the expensive casino hotel. Room is comfortable and the staff is nice. I recommend.

Great location

Renovations going on at the time, trash can was full from previous guest, bed was ok, little too firm, room was dark, need more lighting. Would probably stay here again due to proximity at the casino, but they could fine tune the processes.

The staff was so very nice and accomodating! I will definitely stay there again. No one told me about the rewards program though nor did they sign me up that I know of. I saw a sign as I was leaving but was in a hurry.

The hotel staff was amazing, totally professional and fantastic customers services. The hotel was definitely worth the money; the rooms was very comfortable, clean and in perfect condition. I would highly recommend and plan to stay here again on our next visit.

Staying again in a few days

Started out rough and didn't get much better. Paid $100 more than the walk up rate on your site, no water in room (for sale in lobby), no services in the evening, big restroom tiny tub, toilet ran, AC sounded like it could fall at any time. For $300 I thought I was in a Motel 6.

Great experience and the price was reasonable. Lexie checked us in and was very friendly as well as the check out lady in the morning.

Everything was nice and clean. Staff was very helpful.

We were placed in a newly renovated room, but upon arrival, we noticed the renovation was poorly done. The most concerning issue, however, was that there was no hot water. I immediately contacted the front desk, but the representative I spoke with was unsympathetic and informed me there were no other rooms available and that a refund could not be issued. She referred me to someone else for further assistance. I followed up today with a woman named Tammy, but unfortunately, she was also unable to help and mentioned she needed to speak with her manager. I am now waiting to hear back from her and hope to receive a resolution soon.

Front desk clerk was very friendly
