Waited several minutes to check in. House keeping walked by and had to go in the back to get someone to check me in. Breakfast options were scarce. The waffle batter ran out, when I asked if they had more she was very rude and stated breakfast was over at 9:30, this was before 9:00. She said she would look and she never came back.

Super dirty Staff seemed lazy Entire hotel was dirty and not clean at all. Baseboards in the room were falling off the walls. Mold on ceiling in bathroom. Hallways, elevator and common areas were not cleaned the entire 3 nights we were there. Gross

Hotel was at capacity for the weekend but everything was perfect from check in to check out. We got to the property about 45 minutes before check in. Our room was not yet ready which was 100% expected. We made the comment that we were just there a little early to swim, they allowed us to swim why we waited for the room to be ready. Pool was perfect temperature and crystal clear, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly and even with the full house breakfast was smooth and well stocked. We are already planning our next visit.

We had a very nice room. The bathroom was huge, it was great. Staff was very courteous and professional.

Great location for lodging in the Kentucky, West Virginia, and Ohio Tri-State area. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and modern.

Our room was very nice. The breakfast buffet was real good. They offered several different items.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We had a great breakfast in the lobby. The only issue I had with the hotel was the price. I think it was a little too pricey for the area.

This location was ideal for an early morning appointment. It was only a few miles away from the location, and there were a few restaurants that were in the area also. The staff were personable, especially Mr Jim and his son. Scott was nice too. The breakfast was good! Mr Jim keeps it stocked as possible and I like that he asked, “what kind of eggs do I like?”
