Exactly what you'd expected from Best Western. Clean rooms, friendly staff and a overall relaxing experience.

30 minute wait before anyone showed up to check me in, restaurant and bar are used as a storage area, hot tub is and has been broken for a while, and while I’m changing in my room, another couple came walking in. Management said they would do nothing more than give me a free night in the future, horrible experience. Keep your free night.

Breakfast was great. Room was clean but had an animal odor. Ice machine on second floor didn’t work. Drink machine was out of order. Hot tub was out of order. Please keep this property up to date. We love to stay here because family is in the area. Just don’t want place to go down!!!!

This was a very nice property. There was a lack of lighting in the rooms and bathroom.

We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in. The room was clean and comfy. Will definitely stay here in the future.

Wonderful stay!

Room was exceptionally clean. Some late hours noise from adjoining room, but we put in ear plugs. I do take exception to being charged $35 for early check in when we arrived @ 2 pm and counter person said they had a room ready, She never said there was an early (1 hr early) check in fee. We would have declined and just changed for the wedding in the hotel bathroom rather than pay the $35 extra.

It was quiet, clean, relaxing accommodations . Breakfast was inviting, plentiful, satisfying and great variety. I will be back.
