Basically, every time I go to Penang, I always stay here. The hotel is clean, the location is good, but the service is not good. We stayed there for 5 nights. We bought it twice on the app. When we extended our stay, we were asked to stay in the same room but weren't given it, even though we each had small children. It would be a hassle to move but we weren't given it, we still had to move. Well, it happened that we went there in a group and we booked 6 rooms. So we followed the procedure. It turned out that when we were forced to move, we were rotated from the 6 rooms. I moved to a room that was previously used by my friend. We used logic. If we asked to extend, we would just give it to the new guest and give them the empty room. It would be okay, but it was complicated and couldn't. That's not good service.
