I appreciated the size of the twin single room as a solo traveller. The area is beautiful and the cafe attached to the hotel was full of freshly baked tasty treats.

Much better than my expectation. The hotel was very clean and the restaurant was nice. It has a great location. If there’s any other chances to visit this area, I’ll definitely choose here again.

Everything went wrong with this hotel. Our rooms were on the 4th floor, where there is no elevator access and the AC were not working in either rooms.

Good space in the rooms, very clean and tidy, staff was very helpful and kind. Food was very good, and would love to come back.

Overall a very pleasant one night stay. Check in was easy, but our room required us to take a half flight of stairs since there is not an elevator on each floor. The boardwalk on the lake is a huge plus!

It's a training center-style facility rather than a hotel. A very good park is adjacent. Room is clean and efficient, but, its windows are very thickly tinted, ruining the good view. Service at the front or restaurant is just standard.

I booked standard twin room, but room was Too small.. no space other than two beds

Staff was friendly and spoke reasonably good english. Breakfast was excellent. On the down side, half of the rooms at each floor are a flight of stairs up from the elevator.

Comfortable hotel for a short stay

Not impressed when they do power test without warning and without any emergency lighting whilst I’m peeing in the urinal and suddenly in blackput

One night family trip with mom in law. Tiny room compared to hotels in U.S. but pretty comfortable and got everything needed in small space. No vending machine, no ice machine.

I came here as a solo traveler. The hotel has an Italian restaurant was a decent selection of food and wine. There aren't too many places within walking distance to get food near the hotel, especially if you're a solo traveler, since many of the restaurants wont serve one person. The room and bed were comfortable and there are several lounge areas in the hotel to do work, which is an important feature to me. A beautiful trail runs along the river that can be access from the hotel. Conveniently, the hotel rents bicycles that can be used to bike the trail, which is something I regrettably didn't get a chance to do. Some people may not like the location of this hotel since it isn't near anything, but if you don't mind being on the edge of the city in nature than you will enjoy this place.

Probably the best option in Chuncheon.

It was a good experience. English friendly. But only one restaurant in the hotel and their kitchen was always closed whenever we tried eating there.
