We were not greeted. The person came out & styod there. I told him that I would like to check in. It was like we were bothering him. Im not sure if that was because i made reservations thru Hotels.com rather than direct.

The front desk gentleman acted as if receiving us into the hotel was a major inconvenience. He was abrupt and stern and almost accusatory when asking “you don’t have any animals with you now do you?” He seemed a weird choice to represent the facility as the first nonsmiling face you see.

Room was clean and breakfast was hot.

Check in front desk staff was extremely unprofessional; I couldn't determine if they actually worked there, or if it was just someone's adult child filling in. Check out staff only a slight improvement; cold interaction. My room ended up by the stairs, loud people coming and going. TV was nostalgic, reminded me of the first flat screen I purchased! Room was clean. Bed pillows tiny, I recommend bringing your own!

One of the best nights sleep in awhile!

Room was clean and tidy. Bed was very tall but comfortable. Shower tub combo was very slippery. Breakfast was steamed grey sausages and under cooked potatoes. Bread choice ok , waffles smelled good but did not eat. Brewed coffee was good. Overall breakfast was not very appealing.

Good place to stay for people traveling for classes or conventions. Thanks.

Clean property and room. Nice service at front desk. Good for overnight trip. Pet friendly. Scores points for good yogurt, boiled eggs at breakfast.

Parking availability was limited due to size and number of construction trucks and adjacent hotel customers.

I travel with a dog and was happy to see a tile floor in the room. It was convenient to walk the dog right outside my door. The room was spacious and had a table with chairs. Very comfortable bed and the breakfast was delicious
