Room was lovely and within walkable distance of the city. Breakfast was basic but adequate. Had a terrace which was a real treat on a hot day. Students living in accommodation were friendly and polite.

Was too noisy all through the night, couldnt sleep. Not recomended for people who want to have an easy night sleep

I didn’t realize I booked a dorm room, but it was perfect. I am a solo female traveler, and I was safe. I walked everywhere. Such a convenient location.

Good price / value Except of bad smell in the room and the uncomfortable mattress, everything was excellent. Hopefully they can do something with these two issues and I'll return to this student accomodation in the future.

It was a good experience because of the location of the property.

It is in a convenient place if you are visiting Valencia . It is quite close to the university and not so far from the Cathedral. It has everything what you need although the room was small.

Good location in a quiet part of the city, but still central. Five minutes from Turia Park, immediately opposite the Mestalla Stadium and with two supermarkets within five minutes walk. The old town is a little further at around 20 minutes and the Science and Arts museums around the same the opposite direction. The accommodation was great for me as I was travelling alone and it had it's own kitchen area in the room.

This place was just lovely, not 5 star lovely, but 2 star value lovely, and a great breakfast for 4 euros, just bread, ham, cheese, coffee, juice. Friendly staff as well and a great location.

I liked about the fact that it was budget friendly and one thing i didn’t like was the unavailability of dental kits, handwash kit

Very convenient and functional. A little institutional feeling but otherwise I enjoyed my stay here.

The exceptionally rude older receptionist lady earned a reputation for being frustrating and incompetent among the guests...not just to me. When I arrived at 15:15, she ignored me and would not attend to me at check in for 15+ minutes. She wouldn't acknowledge that I was standing there as I patiently waited upon arrival because she was "finishing something else." Then, she said she couldn't find my reservation, while her kind and congenial colleague attended to five other guests while I was standing there waiting. It was painful after a long journey to have a rude person push you around because she has a small iota of power and is utterly incompetent. Jessica in Housekeeping, Maria at the Breakfast hall, and the rest of the reception staff including Jean Lucas were excellent, kind, conscientious, and made the stay very pleasant. I would come back because of them. The location near the stadium is superb and connection to the Metro is convenient. I hope the rude front desk lady gets some training on customer service. She is awful and had a bad attitude every single day. Saying good morning demonstrates courtesy, education, and respect, especially when we were forced to interact with her to get our breakfast voucher each day. She had no respect or courtesy for guests or other employees, which was really sad to experience.

I had a great experience, clean , easy access to everything.

It’s a student residence. Bed is not very comfortable and the bathroom is very small. And overpriced for a student residence.

Great friendly and cheap place to stay right in the centre of the city..

This college residence goes above and beyond a private room in student housing as well as a private room in a hostel. It is an excellent value for the money and the staff is exemplary in helpfulness and hospitality. Paul T.
