I love the place! So far, the best B&B ever!

The owner is friendly, informative about the area and lives on site in the apartment above. Quiet neighborhood with parking and near a metro station. The breakfast each morning was fantastic . We will definitely stay again.

So glad we stayed here. It was a wonderful place to stay - comfortable, close to transportation, great breakfasts but most of all the welcome we received from our host. JR made us feel at home - both at Gite Ocoin and Montreal. We highly recommend this at the place to stay in Montreal

Our stay was fantastic. Jean Renee was the ultimate host. The hotel was immaculate and we had a wonderful breakfast each morning. I would highly recommend staying at Gite Ocoin.

Jean-René was an awesome host. gave us some tips in going around the city. I can see why this B&B is highly reviewed favourly. Go check him out if you have a chance. We'll be back for sure. We stayed 4 nights and every morning there was a different breakfast. we were spoiled

Great host . Easy access to subway & good local restaurants.

It was a good value for Montreal hotels. It was clean, quiet and a great experience to meet other travelers and the cordial owner, JR. The room was very small, but there was reasonable common areas to use. The area was residential apartments and a little run down with some homeless people in the general area. The B&B was well maintained and clean. Parking was limited, although JR made accommodations for us.

Jean Rene (JR) is an excellent host and takes wonderful care of his visitors. When checking in he gets you settled, then gives you a map and info about how to get around Montreal. The B&B is close to a metro stop, and it is easy to walk to the center of the city -- but it is a decent walk. The rooms are cosy and clean, and the area is relatively quiet. Parking is on the street and can be a bit tight if you come back late :). I would definitely go back

This bed and breakfast was perfect for a weekend trip to Montreal. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was very good, and the owner was extremely friendly. He gave great recommendations on where to go and how to get around. The B&B was in walking distance to many of the popular sites in Montreal. Overall, it was a great stay and I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to have an affordable stay in Montreal!

JR is a wonderful and caring host who will make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Our host was so nice. He made sure our visit was exceptional. We were given incredible directions to the best tourist spots in the city. The worst part was our feet were sore from all the walking. We had a fabulous visit. Thanks for everything. Don and Sheryl
