Didn’t have hot water for one of the nights staff were unable to do anything till the morning no refund or anything was offered

From the moment we arrived Jayne made us feel welcome - she has the perfect personality for this industry - bubbly, knowledgeable and super accommodating with lots of great advice about local activities especially cycling trails . The cottage was warm and very well set up with everything we needed and great wifi . Cheers

Friendly staff and easy walking distance to arrowtown centre

Location, location!!! The rooms are a cottage and very cosy. They are not big so storing suitcases out of the way is tricky. Easy stroll to the main shopping strip. The accessible walks/hikes from Settlers is insanely exciting. Thank you Karl for your kind hospitality!!!

Spent two nights here, bracketing a day trip to Milford Sound. Arrowtown is cute, historic (with an extensive and excellent historical museum), small, friendly and intimate community. The cottage we had, two bedrooms (and two en-suite bathrooms!) was comfortable, roomy and we’ll equipped. Great beds and bedding, gardens, very quiet at night. Owner was helpful and outgoing with every inquiry we had. Compared to bustling, modern and impersonal Queenstown it was heaven. NO complaints, relaxed and excellent.

Fabulous place in a fantastic little historic town. Reception was very welcoming, the whole place is a gem. Felt very relaxed there and thoroughly enjoyed Settlers and Arrowtown.

Very quaint, laid back and comfortable property with friendly, helpful and attentive owners. We really enjoyed our stay.

Easy quick check in and out. Friendly hosts (especially charlie and monty) Spacious room well equipped. Great location with parking. Comfortable bed, great shower.

My Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was cute, warm, and cosy. The gardens were stunning, clearly loved and taken care of. The staff are super friendly and accommodating, providing us a map and suggestions for Arrowtown. Highly recommend.
