Person in charge was very accommodating to our needs, friendly comfortable beds , and room was clean except there was no Netflix! Buts that’s ok, unlock of screen for on bottom room would be nice,

The staff here just made you feel really welcome. Mine was more of a forced stay under difficult circumstances but the staff made up for that. Very reasonable rates too.

Right across the road is, beach, just beautiful......little busy strip during the day, but nice and quiet at night.....slept like a baby the bed was sooooo comfortable

As l was going to a wedding,my room was ready early and was allowed to check in

Just the main street with traffic noise is the only drawback. The rest was good.

Excellent place to stay for the price! Would stay here again. Great location very friendly and helpful owners and staff. Right across from the beach.

The room was essentially perfect, including so clean. Unfortunately it's on a very busy road (trucks going to Rye/Sorrento/Portsea).

I got the room key 10am and I trust but When I come back 10pm office already closed I booked two bed suit rooms but They gave one bedroom so very very unhappy One people sleep sofa Other people sleep ground Second day hotel gave two bedrooms
