Staff are not friendly, rooms are clean and airy

The hotel is convenient, but the room is old, the price is not competitive, there is no elevator

The refrigerator has not been cleaned, there are still glasses of water from previous guests, used towels have not been changed

The room is not clean, smells quite uncomfortable, the air conditioner is not cool, the toilet is not full. Eg towels, paper, weak wifi cannot use it. The room without a desk phone wants to call the receptionist, walking down the stairs, not the elevator. Rooms near the road were very noisy. 😪

Toilet doors do not have handles (leaving an empty hole or on the door), toilet paper must go and not be equipped.

Check-in time is 2-way but until 8pm, I will check in. Yet when I arrived, the two rooms I had booked were not cleared. My family had to wait more than 15 minutes for the cleaning staff. The staff cleaning the room is very friendly but the owner is very uncomfortable. There are no rooms for the guests. The owner after she likes it is because there are no cleaners, so she waits and goes downstairs to let her stand on. I ordered it on the 6th. So suppose if it was not due to the late flight and we arrived on time for 5pm, how long would it take to wait. The check-in time has been determined to be 2 pm so why is the room still not cleaned until 8pm? If you do not guarantee a room, you do not need to upload it to the site for sale. I'm really disappointed and will never return to this place. Advantages: near the airport. The room is quite old, slightly dirty and not thoughtful

I had booked a room in advance but when I checked in at about 1pm, the security staff forgot to turn off the system so the room had a guest. They told me to get another hotel to sleep during the night, and would tell me to pay me back later. I disagree and they put me in a rather bad room. I am not satisfied with such service. While the money is not worth it to receive such kind of treatment.

Dirty room. Many insects like cockroaches, mosquitoes. The room smelled of mosquito sprays and the room amenities were very boring. The power outlet is too far to plug in the charger, and the power outlet is damaged. You have to borrow an electric drive pulled up to the bed to plug in the charger

The hotel is humid, smelly and not very clean. After checking in, it was requested to clean up the room. But still not improved, so I checked out immediately.

This is a very old & dirty hotel. service is really bad. i just stayed there because I've already make payment before coming to it. the air conditioner bad, too. never recommend a place like this
