Great for a week, Pool needs some TLC and more windproof umbrellas around the pool are needed. The lifeguard and his music were great.All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Food is good, the drink menu for All Inclusive is very basic.

Hotel w mojej ocenie 8 na 10 . Jedzenie dobre i dużo, obsługa miła i sympatyczna. Hotel otwarty na różnorodność z pod znaku tęczy, oraz sprzyja hiszpańskiej tradycji opalania się topless. Codziennie wieczorem jakieś występy muzyczne, bardzo głośna muzyka nie przeszkadzała śpiewającym, ale za to skutecznie uniemożliwiała rozmowy przy stoliku. Na minus to zapach szamba wydobywający się z łazienki, bardzo zimną woda w basenie oraz często nie domyte talerze.

Wspaniały, zadbany i czysty hotel. Personel bardzo przyjazny. Basen dość duży ze sporą ilością leżakòw. Śniadania i kolacje bardzo smaczne i urozmaicone. Każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie( owoce morza, ryby, kurczak, sałatki, makarony, ryże, owoce, warzywa, musli, wędliny, sery, jajka, kiełbaski, ròżnego rodzaju pieczywa, desery, sushi). Pokòj sprzatany codziennie z dokładnością. Blisko hotelu sklepy spożywcze i centrum handlowe. Plaża 150m od hotelu. Polecam!

Great week in the Labranda Golden Beach. Great staff who were super friendly. Great location in Costa Calma. Fantastic food and plenty of choice. Was on the 5th Floor with a super view. Will return.

The "All-inclusive" isn't really so, as almost anything at the bar has to be purchased separately. The food was of low quality, repetitive and often not fresh. The beds were single only and the pillows were terrible. While the hotel isn't far from the sea, there are a lot of buildings between it and the sea, hence the rooms with sea view do not really offer much of a view. Not worth the cost. Better hotels elsewhere

We booked a family holiday but on arrival was told they had overbooked. They tried to split us but eventually moved us all to another hotel. This was fine except the bar staff who made it their jobs to ruin everyone’s evenings. Despite numerous emails to the original hotel we were told still only enough rooms for some of the family. However I must say the cleaners and reception staff were pleasant throughout. Wouldn’t stay with this chain again.

Lovely week in this hotel! Only downside is there’s no air con so gets hot at night but we knew that before booking and didn’t make us enjoy our time there any less! Was better then expected! Very chilled place.

The staff were fantastic. The location was perfectly fine, not a lot more than the awesome hotel and beaches but I loved it. Really relaxing hotel. The staff were lovely and all spoke multiple languages. The entertainment was great most nights and the on-site entertainers were fantastic. Tons of stuff on most days and always enjoyed getting involved in table tennis or water polo with a mixture of kids and adults but always a ton of laughs. It’s not a built up area so only a few other bars and restaurants nearby but I was content with the offerings as it was a relaxing holiday. Had to order an additional fan for the room as it was a bit too hot for me even with the ceiling fan. This place is like most holidays, the more energy you put in the more you get out. Sad to have left, great memories and met loads of new friends

Had a lovely stay here. Reception staff were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds comfortable and large bathroom. Food was very good a lots to choose from.

Average hotel, some dated facilities but in all an efficient and acceptable establishment. Good points: Fairly good location - Close to nearby shops, 5 minutes walk from beach, 10 minutes from alternative bar/club if you want to get away from the one on site. Food was consistently good. Not the greatest quality of produce but nevertheless it was okay. Room cleaners were very efficient and reliably on time. Bad points: No air conditioning in rooms Other facilities such as the gym are not only dated, but incomplete/broken If you want a cheap getaway that ticks the boxes, this will do.

I have found the hotel and staff to be excellent for my needs. The reception staff in particular were excellent. My only down point was that the WIFI went from being in the room for first 2 days to only being about to get at reception for rest of holiday.

Friendly helpful staff

This was my first ever drop to a 3 star, normally only going for 4 star hotels, so I was a little apprehensive about what to expect. I need not have been worried. I found the hotel very clean and welcoming. I had hired a car for the first time and arrived late as Google maps was having a brainstorming session and had taken me to four different hotels instead of the one I was looking for. The restaurant had closed for the night but the reception had ordered me a meal to be kept back, which I thought was a nice gesture. The food at the hotel was excellent, and at least on par if not better than some of the 4 star hotels I have stayed at. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and often just took the time out to chat. The only downsides are that there is no air conditioning in the bedrooms and the building is a little tired in places, but if you can overlook that then the hotel offers excellent value for money and a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I never once had any issue finding a sun bed at any time of the day. The guests are mainly German, which is in line for this end of the island. Sometimes its nice to escape the many Brits at other locations, so this could be an advantage. The beach is only a 5 to 10 minute walk away, and is one of the best sand beaches I have been on in Fuerteventura. Its shallow and I found the water to be nice and warm in mid June. Did I enjoy a relaxing stay here? Yes I did. Stayed June 2017, travelled solo

The room had no air condtioning but the staff were great and hotel was very clean and comfortable.

It is old and tired hotel with small elevator but excellent staff in reception, restaurant , and cleaninget staff.. I normally book 4 star hotel bur I found the restaurant at this hotel much better as there were always 1- 2 cooks at grill. It may not be as chic or flashy but the quamity of food is good and indeed deserve a better rating. On the last day they prepared breakfast much earlier than their opening hours for people who would otherwise miss their breakfast. I think this policy is only decent of the old fashion customer service. I would re-book at this hotel with delight. It's position is very good in relation to one of the best beaches and the environment is safe and very good for family and pairs.

Muy buen atención. Limpio y buena ubicación. Mejoraría el estado de la Piscina y la animación del hotel. Pero buena calidad precio.
