A very strategic hotel. Close to Joger, souvenir centers, restaurants, and Kuta Beach, just a short walk away.

The hotel staff is friendly, but the facilities need to be improved, starting with the air conditioning, which is the most important thing because we are looking for comfort when staying.

Comfortable hotel, close to Joger Kuta, many restaurants, close to laundry, close to the airport, hotel staff service is friendly and fast-moving.

The hotel is nice and affordable. It's close to the souvenir center, just a short walk away. It's also easy to find food for Muslims. I'd definitely stay here again next time. The staff is friendly.

The staff was friendly, but I added another day and booked another room without a balcony. I'd booked a room with a balcony, but the guy suddenly said, "It's okay, just move to the same room." I was so happy.

Affordable for accommodation near the airport. More suitable for backpackers than families. Rooms need to be vacuumed and mopped to remove dust.

Pros: Strategic location, near Joger, near the airport, near Kuta, near a BCA ATM. Friendly staff. Honestly, I left my phone in the lobby and immediately brought it to my room. Thank you, kind people. Ample parking space to the right of the hotel. Scented towels, wide twin beds that fit four adults in one room. Hot water works well. Cons: This hotel is an older building, so the room keys are still manual, not electronic cards. The TV in room 307 doesn't work properly. There is a connecting door that is very noisy, the residents next door are arguing with their husband and wife until it can be heard in my room because the door is not installed precisely, there is still a gap so the sound of the residents next door screaming is clear. You can see the photo of the door. Placing the refrigerator in a wooden cupboard makes it difficult to take things so you have to open the cupboard first, which is complicated. In the corners of the bathroom there are still a lot of dirt that needs to be cleaned so it doesn't look dirty. The sliding door bathroom door can't be locked, it seems because the keyhole was made suddenly after the door was installed. No breakfast is provided. The leaking toilet shower doesn't function properly. Hopefully this will be taken into consideration. Always be successful Hadi Poetra Hotel.
