The property is basic, with a shuttle to downtown and an associated club , but limited schedule . The breakfast is included . Amenities were not according with the number of people in the room

Room maintenance was terrible. Linens, towels and glasses not replaced. Pillows flat as a flitter. No dresser or drawers for clothes. It was not on the beach as portryed in pictures. Not what i expected from a wydham property.

Great view. Many free shuttles to Tamarindo. Good food and service. No A/C in our room as it wasn't working.

The ocean views are spectacular, rooms are clean, breakfast is good, and the staff is great. Even though I wasn't to keen on relying on the shuttle to go up and down the hill the shuttle drivers themselves are above and beyond. Shout out to Jaime. I would 100% stay at the Wyndham again when I return to Tamarindo.

Great hotel with amazing services and views

The view was what made us book on this property. Sadly we had the worst time, we were only there one day and the pool bartender made our stay feel like a nightmare. We were ignored and overlooked, she instead payed attention to other guests even though we were there way before them. She laughed in our face and ignored what we asked for, at once rolling her eyes. It was sad because we looked forward to coming back the minute we saw the view from the pool overlooking the ocean. Definitely feeling overlooked over someone who seems had more money is always a nasty feeling. I hope they do better in ensuring their staff is fair and friendly to everyone. Aside from that, the property is amazing and the rest of the staff was great.

A good place to stay but a little unclean and not as well put together as you would expect. Could use renovation work. The views are immaculate and make it a catch for sure.

Great views, great amenities

Such a beautiful property! The accommodations are very nice and the pool looks over a gorgeous view. Also loved the shuttle service to the beach club or the town center area. Everything is less than 10 minutes away but the hotel sits up away from all the noise which is nice. Even an Uber there is only about $5 one way. Most of the staff are friendly and say hi when you walk around the property. The one and only reason I am giving it 4 stars is the food. The breakfast was not all that tasty and there were flies around every morning. They did their best to accommodate but everything was a little bland in my opinion. Otherwise, I loved the experience and I would absolutely stay again!

Nice and clean, great food and convenient location. Top place to catch the sunsets. Not by the beach but you can access the beach with a shuttle provided.

Great pool and view

The staff was friendly,nice and helpful and the pool view was amazing.

This hotel location and amenities were perfect! Loved having a shuttle into town. The staff were very welcoming. Spa costs are high so check in town before booking and also be careful about taking suggestions of places to eat from the staff. Seems references may be for their family’s restaurants and food may not be as good and highly priced. The pool and views are spectacular!

Our stay was okay, hotel room was comfortable just a lot of bugs outside the room and then some im the room. Breakfast was a 3-10 views were beautiful though and pool was nice. It this hotel needs a lot of work interior and exterior. You can tell it’s old and worn down now.
