Ok but no upgrade

Lovely boutique in an excellent location for a fraction of the cost of larger hotels. I upgraded my room because I was staying several days and the basic room was a little small for a longer stay - the suite was spacious, modern and very clean. I love that there is no carpeting! I stayed at another property before coming here when I had to extend my trip and this place was so much better for a much lower cost. The area is super safe with tons of cafés and restaurants within walking distance. My only “complaint” was the lack of a hairdryer in the room despite it being mentioned in the listing. The staff was professional and welcoming and even other guests were nicer than other places I’ve stayed in Colombia. Overall this is a wonderful place to stay, including for longer trips.

English: I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! I stayed in room 3S, which has a beautiful terrace – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The entire staff is incredibly well-trained, kind, and always willing to help. Their service truly made my experience unforgettable. Would I stay here again? Without a doubt! I liked: breakfast (place and meal), wifi, kind welcome, lugagge storage service, shower, doble curtain in the room, coffee machine I didnt like: tv options, only one chair available at the table in the room, no microwave available, exit button at the Main door.

The room was clean and spacious for the price, except that breakfast was the same every day.
