We arrived at Sunny Point at 9pm. We were stuck in traffic because of the Thanksgiving Party. The frontdesk officer gave us a different room because according to her, she didn't know how we were able to book online when in fact they already blocked their rooms online. It was raining hard that night and I asked if we could have the wifi password, front desk officer told me I need to get it from the front office which is in another building. Crazy.
