Very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. Looked after luggage and allows use of the spa to clean before a flight.

Great property inside but horrible traffic and ambience outside. Indian restaurant not very good and should have better air-cooled outdoor space. Excellent service.

Executive Lounge was probably the nicest one I've seen, and well-stocked. The room was clean and exquisite, however the shower was a little malfunctioning. Unfortunately no easy way to walk to/from the airport, but they provided complimentary service to the airport. Packed lunches too. Great staff!

Noone cleaned my room between days or made my bed or brought water to my room. No hot water in the morning.

Stay was amazing and staff was ready to help. May be they had a someone who was in the training phase as that person was not sure about the WiFi access and on how to access some of in room facilities. But other staff member was able to help me with that so no complaints. Over all the stay was good and hotel, restaurant and the amenities were 4+ star rated.

Nice hotel very close to Mumbai airport, received a comp. upgrade. The breakfast buffet and the garden setting were outstanding!

Just stayed one night, staff and services were excellent and cooperative. Airport shuttle service inclusion was plus point. Also flexible for early check in and late check out !!

Beautiful hotel and really handy for the airport. only downside is £18 for a glass of pinot and £90 for a bottle which is excessive. Even more expensive than the Taj palace.

I checked in early and instead of 1 king they gave 2 double beds the room have very bad smell like sewer and then the mattress are also sinking in with spring noise and then when I was taking shower at 10.15 before checkout time the open the door very terrible service and old amenities very bad service

It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very accommodating, and the rooms were spacious and well equipped, The morning breakfast was a delicious spread.

Everything I asked for was immediately accomplished. Close to airport and easy to get there

We stayed overnight for a flight in the morning. Staff was very nice and booked us a car for next morning.

Wonderful but every small thing insanely expensive.

Excellence in every way! We usually don’t choose to stay at a hotel near the airport but we were so pleased with this choice because we made several trips during our 10 day stay in India which required us going to the airport three different times. You never felt like you were near the airport in this luxurious hotel. The concierge Sabdah and all personnel made our stay phenomenal. Jasmine at the front desk was always so helpful ! You were always greeted so kindly upon going in and out of the hotel! Baia in the Executive Lounge was always happy to take care of us in anyway with her beautiful smile! The rooms had so many wonderful amenities! You won’t me be disappointed if you stay here!! this is a perfect example while we always choose Marriott for our first choice and Hotels!!
