Everything is to standard

I have stayed at this hotel twice and both times there were issues. The first time the hot water heater was not working so we only had cold showers. This most recent visit the room was inundated with ants. I will not be back.

Good, reasonable price

Quiet in spite of being next to highway. Didn’t like having one chair in the room. We light to sit and read. Only one desk chair and 2 desk lamps.

Wonderful staff. Very accommodating and super friendly. I will stay there again.

It was clean the room was nice and big. The bathroom was spacious and clean.

Stayed in Building C. Awful experience. Cigarette butts all around property. Dog poop on the grass outside sliding door, which was very hard to open.Curtains were torn.Ice machine didn't work. Requested room cleaning. Clerk said they were to busy to clean that day. Had to go to office to get towels and empty garbage. Front desk clerk had a poor attitude. The only consolation was the General Manager Cyndia, who was very nice and helped us out.

Room 105 has a wall leak, told front desk. Very busy time no other room available, given some towels and air freshener for smell. Stayed 4 days leak got bigger rug very wet. Best Western fix this, don’t have a guest stay in room mold.

Great place to stay and convenient

The fridge and microwave was super convenient, but the beds and pillows were worn out and uncomfortable.
