Room is ok, staff is very friendly.

The staff were very friendly and the rooms were clean. However, please note that there is motorcycle noise on the lower floors.

satisfying everything, the hospitality feel is achieved, there are staff like managers who always greet in the lobby, also the receptionist greets them in a friendly manner. close to Braga. the swimming pool is very big and child-friendly. only breakfast is charged per child, other hotels have free breakfast for children, but they only eat a little and it becomes an attraction to visit again. when swimming, towels are also limited to only 2. the hotel should also realize how to make guests want to visit again, right? staycation, children can swim freely, breakfast is fun. that's all I'm looking for. thank you all Crowne staff, your service is thumbs up

It's just that the parking lot is a bit steep, and parking in front requires a high fee, even though you are a hotel guest.

Walking Distance: Braga, Cathedral, XXX batagor, YYY snacks, Mie Kejaksaan, Cafe 2, Bank etc. Breakfast has many kinds and is delicious, the service is friendly and very fast. Prices need to be compared because the difference between weekdays and weekends is quite significant

All facilities are top-notch, but I would say management needs to improve room entertainment. TV cable nowadays is way down 5-star hotel standard, you need to upgrade into smart TV for ease of customer experience.

Crowne Plaza Bandung is our favorite hotel when visiting Bandung because of its access to the city center, as well as the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness that always make us satisfied with our visits.

The room is comfortable, the bathroom is spacious and clean. I stayed in a Queen deluxe room type, with a bath up. The breakfast is also delicious, and the car park is spacious.

The location is ok strategic. The only drawback is that this hotel needs renovation because the wallpaper and door frames are outdated and the towels are thin and shabby. And the carpet is dusty. Even though the room is very spacious. But the bed is still good.

Girl staff is very friendly. Room is comfortable and have great view. But you should check AC thermostat, I think it broken.

Resepsionis ramah.. Service cekatan.. Kamar bersih.. Untuk istirahat oke banget sih di sini.. Nyaman kamarnya.. Tapi sayang menu breakfastnya payah untuk ukuran bintang 5.. Nasi kuning hambar ga ada rasanya, menu omlete juga dingin (Ga di bikin dadakan tapi di stok).. Lucu sih, baru kali ini nemu hotel bintang 5 yg menu omlete nya di stok 😅.. Entah kokinya ga mau cape apa gimana.. Over all untuk menu breakfast “B” aja.. bahkan cenderung ga enak.. Ga tau kenapa beda banget rasanya sama pas waktu gw dinner.. Karena pas gw dinner di sini anehnya overall makanan nya enak2.. Tapi pas breakfast kok bisa jomplang banget perbedaan kualitas makanannya.. padahal masih makan d tempat yg sama.. apa kokinya beda kah antara yg masak waktu dinner dan breakfast??
