I was given Room 19, which on entering had a very damp smell. The beds were damp, the heater did not work and the wall was covered in black mould. How the staff had not realised the smell and mould is not possible. I asked to change rooms which was handled well by Cristina although I was offered no apology or compensation for the mouldy room. The new room was okay but I was given twin single beds again and no key card until the following day. Breakfast was limited and there was not enough tables, no staff came to help so I went elsewhere. There was also no water provided in rooms. Overall this was not a 4 star hotel, and I would not recommend for a trip to Seville.

Good staff

Great location - close to Cathedral. The hotel is lovely, with two floors over a court yard area. Rooms comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast buffet with plenty of choice. Staff very friendly and efficient. Excellent 3 night stay.

This hotel is very charming and on the smaller side which is nice. the location is very central to restaurants and shopping and attractions. The best part was that it was very quiet. The only negative was that the rooms are dark and there are not a lot of places to sit on the patio since many guests would park themselves there for hours to enjoy the sun and pool. I would stay there again.

The property and personnel we exceptional. We walked to every place from the hotel and were made very comfortable during our stay.

Lovely boutique hotel in the old town in reach of all the attractions. Staff were friendly. Open areas were lovely, the only criticism is that the breakfast area was not large enough, they could easily use another courtyard to solve the issue

We arrived home today after a 3 night stay and would highly recommend this hotel. It is a typical, traditional Spanish building with great decor/artefacts to match. The rooms are adequate, very clean and comfortable, ours had very high ceilings and a little courtyard. The roof top terrace is a great place to chill after a busy day sightseeing, we even used the pool after 10pm, the hotel was very relaxed as long as we didnt make too much noise. The breakfast was excellent and fresh with lots of options (Im a vegetarian). The best thing was the staff, every single person we spoke to was so helpful and friendly, they even packed us a packed lunch for our early morning flight! We booked a car service via the hotel to and from the airport which was professional and clean (only 20 mins ride from Seville airport). The hotel is minutes from many tourist attractions like the cathedral, bull ring, but far enough that you dont hear any noice apart from the odd parakeet. If you are thinking of visiting Seville this place is a must.

The area was great, hotel was pleasant; however, I was admonished a couple of times First, I needed a couple of glasses as we had wine and were waiting for an uber. I went to kitchen and called out. I did not hear back and I saw glasses and took 2. The front desk angrily said I had to ask and admonished me in front of other. The second time I was taking a pastry and coffee to room and kitchen staff said I was not allowed to. I am not sure what wasn't allowed? Was it taking the dishes or the snacks. I felt this was very unprofessional and should be mentioned when checking in. I often wanted to come and get coffee before my daughter awoke and felt I would somehow get in trouble. I would just say poor communication and poor customer service skills to patrons.

Amazing location and place to stay

Charming small boutique hotel with a great ambience, lovely public areas, great staff, miniscule rooftop pool, and fabulous breakfast. I had a beautiful room with a comfortable bed and a small enclosed balcony off it , and a bathtub in the lovely bathroom.

Our 3 night stay was outstanding! The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was beautiful. We were impressed with the comfort of the bed. The bath towels were extra large and the terry cloth robes were icing on the cake. We were thankful that the air conditioner worked like a boss. The location was spot on, nice and quiet at night and right around the corner from Cathedral.

My wife and I thought this was a great hotel. It is a small boutique hotel so no big fancy lobby or pool, but excellent, helpful staff, high quality towels and sheets, and a clean comfortable bed. The bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub and the refrigerator was fully stocked. The breakfast was delicious and very reasonably priced. Finally the lobby and other public rooms were tastefully decorated with antiques and original art.

The air conditioner was amazing for a HOT summer in Sevilla. The area was walkable and the staff was great- we were greeted with drinks and they took care of our taxi requests during our stay. The only drawback was getting a hold of an iron. The room was nice and we had daily service but it was a shame we didn’t have an iron in our room.

The personnel very attentive. The breakfast very good. A great hotel boutique if you like to feel at home in a very nice environment

Customer services horrible. We didn’t check in after our arrival. I was asked to rent another room for more than 350 euros because the rooms are only available for two guesses. I had to sleep separate from my family in another room, paying that amount, if I want to stay. We asked for reimbursement and was not granted. The area for parking is horrible, I do not recommend this place at all for your vacation time.

The hotel is beautiful and staff were very helpful and friendly. However the keycards were intermittent and often needed to be replaced, bathrooms could have been cleaner and were a bit damp.
