I didn’t like that we didn’t get a tour The room down stairs had trash outside my entire stay

beautiful property and very nice. The rooms were wonderful. The only thing I'd improve are the signs on the pathways. Everyone was lost.

My boyfriend and I traveled here for vacation and celebrated our anniversary during our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here. The food was absolutely delicious and fresh. In addition, the staff was incredibly friendly and hospitable. They surprised us with champagne, apples, a thoughtful card, beautiful decorations on our bed, and desserts, making our anniversary even more memorable. We will highly recommend this place to our family and friends, and we will definitely be returning. Thank you so much for this amazing experience! (:

We loved our stay here. Plenty of fun inclusive activities if you want them, or quiet pools if that’s your preference.

Awesome property! Came here on our honeymoon and it was a perfect 10/10. Staff very attentive, food was excellent, pools were very clean and safe! Beaches were perfect. Recommend doing the turtle experience and participating in activities. So much fun and relaxing at the same time!! Special thank you to Francisco and Sergio at check in, Karen the concierge of building 9a, Luis David Reuben with the pool staff, Karla with the Bali bed wait staff, and Max, Mayra, Carlos, and Liz with entertainment staff - everyone of these people made the trip even more memorable for our honeymoon. I cannot wait to go back soon!

Pro : Beautiful resort, clean and well mantained, great choice of entertainment, good choice of restaurants, decent buffet. Con: lack of beach chairs, even being a preffered club we would wake up before sunset to get a spot, they also told us we can't leave chairs unattended for more than 20 minutes, definitely expected more from the high end resort

Overall we had a great experience and will likely go back again. The staff and service were spectacular. A good variety of food options and the quality of food was great. The rooms were spacious and clean. Would definitely recommend this resort.
