Great view of the waterfall

The best hotel experience a person could have. It is very pricey but worth every penny especially for special occasions. We paid extra for an unbelievable lake AND. waterfall views.

The staff are wonderful and the view of the falls is amazing.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and included in the room rate. We had beautiful weather and took the ferry ride to Interlaken which we highly recommend doing. The walk to the falls is a must. Altogether a wonderful experience in this historic luxury hotel.

The property has great views of the lake and is convenient to get to if you have a car. If not you have to take the boat to get to the hotel. The only problem we had during our stay was the limited options of food available as there are no restaurants nearby besides the hotel restaurant.

Everything was great just our room had a really bad smell.

It was wonderful. The hiking and falls are absolutely stunning.

Loved the hotel. Great staff. Dinner took way too long to get food and really was the worst meal we had in Switzerland. We were disappointed that there was only one restaurant to choose from. Breakfast was amazing.

Excellent service and breathtaking view. Eating at Parkrestaurant Les Cascades is a must. Their course menu changes every day. Nicolas was a great server. All staff are great and accommodating. If you want to experience historical site- this is a place to be. Looking forward to return.

The cashier at the patio restaurant didn’t pay attention while taking my order at around 3 pm on 18 July 2023. Instead she kept talking to her friend even though I and a line of other customers was in front of her waiting to order.
