Great location

The location and rooms are excellent - spacious with good bathrooms, but no aircon in some. The key issue is no lift and our rooms was 84 steps up to the 4th floor. This is a game changer when it comes to using the hotel, since "popping back to the room" becomes an expedition. We also suffered low hot water pressure which meant cold showers. The breakfast is good and the waiters are fab. The management dismissive of any issue.

Loved it but I had failed to notice that they don't have a lift and I am 85. The staff were very understanding and moved my booking from floor four to floor two. Even 2 floors was tricky but outside of that the place and staff were fantastic

Location was perfect. Hotel was very clean with a modern bathroom. We stayed in the room with a king bed and two twin beds in the loft. Recommended! Wonderful stay in prague!

It is amazing how a hotel of this quality is tucked away at the door step of Old Town and the Charles Bridge. We had a small problem at the beginning but the staff went above and beyond to correct it. The bed was comfortable and the rooms were quiet.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions like the Charles Bridge, Astronomical Clock and the Mirror Chapel where we watched the concert by the Royal Czech Orchestra. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and there were a variety of food selection at the breakfast buffet. Just a few points for improvement --- the coffee machine wasn't working and the internet was intermittent. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay and recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the lovely staff at the hotel.

Excellent customer service, good sized room, beautiful decor and well maintained hotel. Good variety of breakfast options including vegetarian and vegan. Great location for exploring Prague, all attractions in walking distance. Would definitely stsy here again

Lovely property, excellent location.

Great location. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Tasty food with lots of options. Received complimentary gift on birthday. Hotel is central to all the action, as expected noise could be heard from outside, however ear plugs were supplied and did not impact our stay at all.

Property is great. Bar & restaurant are great quality. Location is less than 5 minute walk to Charles bridge and 5-10 mins from nearest metro

Great hotel, perfect location for visiting Prague

Safe to say this hotel exceeded our expectations, the staff first off were lovely. All very helpful and friendly people. The room was absolutely gorgeous, very comfortable, clean and had enough windows to cool it down if needed. Warning though our room had slanted windows that I, 5ft 6in couldn’t close. Thankfully the person travelling with me was over 6ft. We didn’t actually eat in the hotel so we can’t vouch for their restaurant. We did have breakfast which was pretty good but not outstanding, just your basic buffet breakfast. Location was perfect, despite being so close to very populated areas it was fairly quiet. Charles bridge is less than 2 minute walk. If you’re sightseeing it is the perfect place to stay. Excellent value for money and would absolutely stay here again.

Overall we had an excellent 4 night stay. Only disappointment was, on Tues 15th, we were having an early tour, so my husband went to the store to buy water (6:30a.m), however it was closed. I asked front desk, Oleh, if I could buy a water (from the hotel ) since my hubby is diabetic & there was none in the room. He responded that only 1 bottle is provided for the entire stay & that he couldn't give or sell me water, that I had to buy at store. I again explained it was closed & re-mentioned hubby being diabetic. His answer was still, "sorry, no." I chanced it, went to the hotel's restaurant, explained the situation & asked to buy water. Gentleman didn't hesitate & provided me a bottle. Lifesaver & big thanks to him.

Hotel was great, staff were very welcoming and hospitable. Great location and food as well!
