Great hotel, great staff, especially one of the receptionist in the evening, Hilda. I arrived in the evening and had requested a room on a top floor, only because I arrived exhausted and knew I was going to probably fall asleep like a stone. Well, I didn’t get the rolling that evening, but she made it happen for the folks morning, top floor room and I was really grateful to her, muchas gracias, Hilda. Definitely be staying there again. 😊

Great location, one block from Zocalo. Great customer service. Only con is the small elevator that is used as a service elevator too. Had to take stairs most of the time.

This is a gem of a place in the heart of Mexico City. The staff is excellent. Cleanliness was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the spread was sufficient. This is my go to Hotel in Mexico City. Highly recommended.

Wonderful staff, convenient location, fresh complimentary breakfast, nacks, drinks & light meals. Newly renovated & very clean property; walkable to everything in the Historic District but also to Reforma & other attractions.

expedia hooked me up very Nice! this recently renovated hotel was way out of my budget but i got the member discount and enjoyed being close to the zócalo. the free food and drinks is very limited but helps when u want a quick snack or drink at midnight

Really clean and really friendly staff

The rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. It was perfect for the 3 nights we stayed there. Also, the breakfast was convenient and so good to start off your day!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The staff was amazing and VERY responsive. The rooms were smaller than I prefer but pretty standard for outside of the U.S. The amenities were great. I would stay here again! It's located right in the middle of the historic center so it can get a little noisy. Very clean and comfortable. The bar on the 7th floor was a huge plus after a long day of walking the city.
