Was placed in handicap room and didn’t ask fir this type of room. Garbage disposal in room stank. Overall room great. Couldn’t run both tvs due to their location sound was awful. Hallways very very warm but room was great.

The hotel was immaculate. The employees were amazing. Ms. Bianca, Ms. Rhonda, Ms Wynta, Ms. Montana, Mr. Lewis, and the entire staff was amazing. This is a reflection of great management.

We really enjoyed the studio room with the extra space and the sofa.

Checked in around 2:30…booked a 2 queen suite and was given a king room for 4 people. Changed rooms and had the front desk announce my room number to the lobby TWICE. We left for baseball games and came back at 9pm to my shower mat soaked and pubic hair in my shower. Maintenence told me you’ll be fine no one was in here. front desk worker told me it’s just maintenance slacking. The whole first floor is under construction so everything is a mess. We were so uneasy all night. My 2 small children asked to leave at 9pm and just drive the 3 hours home. The manager was supposed to call me back but…that didn’t happen either.

Hotel room was great. Hotel overall was nice, however, construction going on in the hallways.

We chose the priciest hotel in the area, we probably would’ve been better off at a Motel 6. Upon entering the room, there was blood, yes blood, on the curtains, the floor next to the window, and spots on the floor throughout the room. The work out facility was in the next room over, no big deal, except for the fact that every time someone dropped a dumbbell it sounded like the floors above us were dropping bowling balls on the ground. Mind you, it was 10PM and we had our 10 month old baby with us. I’ll take my chance with a motel 6 next time.

I loved the staff and my room was cleaned but to not have hot water for the entire stay was very tough.

The staff was very polite and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great with plenty to choose from. Adequate parking available. Now to things that was not up to your hotel chain standards. The carpet throughout needed to be replaced or deep cleaned. The headboard in our suite was peeling and couch cushions was stained. The elevator broke so we had to sit in the lobby for a while because my mother is unable to walk up steps while waiting for it to be repaired.

The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. The hotel however is in need of a renovation. The halls are dirty, especially the carpets which are also worn and need to be replaced. The elevators are also dirty and smell. Hand prints all over. Yuck! They should be wiped down on a regular basis. 1st room fridge didn’t work. Desk clerk immediately found us another room and was very helpful. Tile in rooms were so slippery that I cleaned them myself so my handicapped son wouldn’t fall down. Couch was stained, carpet sticky, lamp bases all rusty, shower had brown slime growing around bottom. Also, first time I’ve ever had scrambled eggs brought out that were cold. Sausage was cold too. We were supposed to stay 3 nights, but left after the first and went to a different hotel. Shame, shame Hilton for not sending inspectors to hotels that carry your name and ensuring that are up to par.

Nice and clean rooms. Very comfortable beds. Really enjoyed my stay. Definitely recommend saying here again.
