Staf hotel bernama Arnold ramah dan sangat membantu. Akan lebih baik jika kamar dibersihkan setiap hari.

The room was dark and windows faced common corridor which made it impossible to pull curtains without sacrificing privacy. The breakfast of nasi lemak was tasteless. The hotel could have given us clearer directions on how to find the place. We didn't know it was inside a run down mall. Karaoke place right next to it but luckily it wasn't noisy. For the price we think there could be better options.

The best roomies suite, friendly staff, WhatsApp ask anything very fast reply, the room is comfortable and spacious, there is Qibla direction, there is a TV, there is a novel you can read, vinyl floor is not carpet, there is a TV in the lobby where you can watch movies, free breakfast, only rice normal fat, there is bread. Clean water toilet, strong fast water, normal pump soap. Very close to the beach walkable.

Recommended place to stay. Staying here for 2 days. We get a free breakfast until the day we check out. Staff really kind and helpful. Get surrounded by restaurant and mini market. For visit batu Feringgi beach just need to walking around 5 minutes.

Wonderful stay I had here! Location a bit tricky, but I don't mind since the room is as nice as the picture shown.

Room reservations were not the same as I had booked & breakfast provided was not satisfactory.

it's not that awesome but I can't say unsatisfying first thing that there is no sign that the hotel is over there I had to wait 15 mins outside just to know where is it second thing the breakfast is not worthy at all it was one of the traditional dishes in Malaysia but not everyone one can eat it the room was cold, clean and quite, the bed was nice the bathroom also to take a shower after a long day so far so good but with 150rm I think you can find a better one

Clean and attractive design and good location but the building is not maintained and looks dirty. Prices are also quite expensive for the hotel class.

The room is nicely decorated as shown in picture. Location is convenient for bus, taxi, night market, street food and restaurants. There are mini convenient stores like Happy Mart downstairs or 7/11 at next building. Public beach is in walking distance, about 5 mins, just cross the street, you will see the Golden Sand Resort and next to it, there is a way to go to the beach.

It's great to stay here.

Everything was awesome just need to pay RM20.00 for early check-in as I was check-in in at 11 am. If my room was ready, there are no harm for me to get into the room. This was the only flaw that the management need to look into. I found charging extra for early check-in was not a good move. I traveled all the way from Selangor. Anyhow, good stay and room was superb.

the room is clean and also quite nice. but how to find elevator on the old shabby building might be tricky. there's no tv channel available, instead they have usb attached with some movies in it, works well for me.

We booked for 3 days, but they didn't make up and didn't clean up our room.

The room is very clean and the receptionist or the guide hotel boy is very kind and friendly.

Stayed in 2 connecting rooms, overall quite good experience. Only problem in the room is the toilet sprayer was leaking, and both of our rooms didn’t have any windows. A quandary for me is where the hotel is located. It is located in the 2nd floor of Eden Parade, a very old building with many commercial tenants. The lift feels very old and not safe. One of the commercial tenant in the same level of the hotel is a karaoke place. But the commercial tenants actually helped as there are 2 minimarts in the ground floor. Eden Parade also has lots of free parking spots for our rental car. The location of the hotel is also very good as it is very close to the public entrance of Batu Feringgi beach, walking distance to Long Beach Cafe and just across the street there are stall which sells cheap local breakfast. The hotel also provide quite an OK breakfast of Nasi Lemak. Overall my family and I had a nice stay in Batu Feringgi, one of the aspect is the hotel that is quite OK and the hotel location which is awesome. Hotel price is quite good value for money.
