The location is convenient, there are a lot of stores around for foods and others necessities.

Perfect location as it's in the middle of town. Room is clean. There was a minor issue with the toilet and it got resolved immediately. Spacious room. Wide and fresh selections at breakfast. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

Hotel is a bit old and outdated, but bed is comfy.

Pretty new hotel. It takes one hour bus to SUN-MOON Lake

Hotel is surrounded by shops and small eatery. Thought it's a small town, people are friendly and helpful. Food around the area is cheap and good. Hotel room is clean, big and spacious.

Hotel is about 20 minutes drive from Sun Moon Lake - well worth it because all hotels by the lake are very expensive. Hotel is a newer building, room was spacious and comfortable. The only thing you need to watch out for is the 2" lip just before you enter the room and the same is in front of the bathroom - easy to trip if you are not careful. Breakfast is not really a buffet but they bring out a variety of food for your party.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The service was excellent. The lobby is great and next to it there is an area you can sit down and relax with a variety of magazines, newspapers. The breakfast is a buffet style and free, lots of choices. The sauna room, exercise room, etc. are at the 8th floor which are nice but I didn't have an opportunity to use these facilities. The location is convenient because it is close to the bus station (within a walking distance), and it only takes about 30 minutes bus drive to the very famous Sun Moon Lake. I will consider to stay at the same hotel next time I stay in Puli, Taiwan.

Fancy overall theme though lift entry to floors faced the lobby toilet which lowered class. A door to close it off might help improve the appearance. Room was nice with good town/mountain views. TV screen quality could be improved (but realised all hotels use this brand). Free Asian style breakfast was ok but my fiancé liked it, so it depends on your taste. Room size spacious and comfortable.

The Aircon in the room wasn't cold enough. The staff offered a fan instead of solving the problem. The manager was good enough to get the technician to solve it and offer a change of room. The manager also gave us some tea when we checkout as a souvenir

This hotel located close to a local market/ outdoor food centre nearby. It is great for tourist like me to taste the local food there. Besides that, I got excellent experience and customer service here. Service agents are very friendly and helpful to offer help to check my transportation schedule to another destination.

the room is tidy, the double bed is comfort to sleep. it basically has all you need: gym, LCD TV, makeup desk and mirror, decent washroom without tub though. it's very good for its nightly price. and also free parking lot right across the hotel. and a 7-11 beside it which is very convenient.

受付のスタッフはとても丁寧で感じが良かった。部屋は広くシャワー・洗面エリアも広く清潔だった。 全体的に重厚なつくりで、高級ホテルの部類だと思う。設備はやや古さを感じるが十分に整備されていて問題ない。 目の前にコンビニと商店街があるが、商店街は早い時間に閉まる模様。 朝食は種類がいろいろあったが、味はまずまず。 1泊しかできなかったが総じて良いホテルだと思う。スタッフのみなさんありがとう。

對面就是全家，附近都有賣吃的，不用擔心沒有可以吃。再來就是飯店有附停車的唷，超棒的~

整體大廳和公設部分較舊，不過客房裡面都有重新裝潢所以感覺上不差。地點很方便、床很好睡、早餐很豐富非常好吃。

The shower drainage drains outside to under the sink. The water can easily overflow out to the bathroom floor. The bed linens have some stains.
