Bad experienced, I booked fully paid but they do not give us room in almost 10pm with small children

Dirty. Did not get any sleep because dogs barking the people of above me making all kind of noise.The people beside me hollering.I do not recommend it to anyone

The rental price is good, but not comparable to other Extended Stay properties I had used. The room was smaller, the bed smaller, furniture insufficient, hygiene very poor, plates and cutleries not available, the bathroom ceiling leaking, and staff unavailable at all times. One staff behavior (Bronson, by name) totally abhorrent. I was in Room 131. Right above me (Room 231), children were jumping and running, making loud thumping noises, the telephone in the room was not working, so I went to the Reception to complain. Bronson categorically told me that he could not ask the occupants of Room 231 to tone down their noises. Instead, I had the option to check out of the property. I was stung at the lack of compassion, courtesy, and extremely horrible customer service. I will never use this particular hotel again!
