While working out of town thisbisnthe place to stay. Ash has been helpful with rebookings and the one problem I had. Will definitely stay again.

Im in Indianapolis working amd srayed here forna few night's. I extended my stay. Great property.

Staff was nice, room was clean and convenient

Room was dusty and floor needed swept. Place smelled like marijuana. Doors being slammed all hours.

Not that safe.

Hard to find noisy and not that clean. Not a family stay for sure.

The floor in room was sticky everywhere after wiping one small spot the color of floor changed so kept wiping larger area and noticed the entire floor was filthy! After wiping floor was a much lighter color. Looked like very dirty mop water was used. Sheets had stains. A bug kept walking across ceiling and tub water leaked entire time

The property itself was well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The people next door smoked pot like they were at a Cypress Hill concert though.

Ash at the front desk is the best! She is quick with checking you in which is relieving, she is also very knowledgeable about her job & the services the hotel can provide for the guest to make it the best experience! She made it easy & comfortable for my family & I! :)

The supervisor was very professional very welcoming like my casa is your casa kinda vibe other staff was amazing over all I would stay again in a heart beat

I couldnt sleep because of all the noise. I have a newborn baby that couldnt sleep either. I tried calling the front desk and they close at 10:30pm it was 2 o clock in the morning. Nobody in that place was sleeping I swear. Couldnt get ahold of anyone to help! I went to the Comfort Inn for the rest of my weekend.

I’ve had to stay here for a little while and I can truly say the staff and even the people I run across have been such a delight at this hotel. 100 percent recommend and they got your back they. Ash and Angela are literally the best. Thank you all

It was perfect

We had an event and could not arrive until very late. When arriving the service window was closed and there was a sign to call. Upon calling I was told that check in was only 3-6 and since I was only booked for 1 night they could not assist me checking in. I asked what other options I had, he offered to give me a number to call Monday-Friday 8-5 to see about refund.
