Very basic accommodations. Front desk person very efficient. Kitchenette, but absolutely nothing else. No coffee pot, cups, or any such. TV wirh access to many stations.

We went into the room, stayed long enough to take pictures of bugs and pubic hair on the bed and disgusting fridge and walked out the door. Had to book another hotel.

Our next Door room was playing music until 4 am and the staff was not profesional at all !

No heater

The pillows were small and there wasn't many of them. Every time I turned the TV on - fox news was the first channel on. You need to have a local channel or blanket station on that is not news. Front desk had short working hours.

My bathroom door had a hole kicked through it. My refrigerator had rust spots all over it. At checkout at 0850 am there was no staff at the counter with no drop box for the key.

The “office” is only open certain hours so keep that in mind if arriving late in the evening for check in. The rooms are ok, but nothing special and the smell throughout the building was questionable and strong. For one night it served its purpose but I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer.

I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.

The hotel smelled badly, from the hallways to the rooms. The hallways were filthy with clothes, shoes, and linens thrown about. The place smelled and was very unclean. Will never stay there again and would not recommend.

Someone tried to come in the room and was told that we were supposed to be checked out.

What I didn't like was no one was upfront and I had to wait to check in. The staff was rude the hotel looked nice on the outside until I went in then it was unclean and smelled very badly. Then when I went into my room it smelled very bad. Then when I came in later my key didn't work so had to get it reprogrammed and she was rude as well. It was like that they were short handed. I didn't like my stay because online it said everything was included. When I checked in I had to sign paperwork stating that if I wanted anything else it would be charged to my card. No free wifi that was a extra charge. So I didn't use WiFi nor asked for anything else other than my card stopped working the next night. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Arrived to a very dirty room with fleas and cockroaches, crusty sheets, sketchy people sitting in the hotel hallways, and a yelling and shoving outbreak in the hall 5 minutes after arrival. Had to leave and find other accommodations. This was the VERY WORST hotel I've ever seen. Called to ask for a refund, and the lady who answered hung up on me. @Orbitz, how can you advertise this place on the platform?

I never checked in and was unable to cancel my reservation through Expedia. The hotel hasn’t been able to help me or connected me to the best representative.

It is very convenient in terms of amenities and affordability. Liked the kitchen option inside the room.

Bathroom door is broken, heater is not working no toilet paper in bathroom.

Musky smell in room, no chairs in room, no phone in room. Beds were uneven and moved when you rolled over.

We left as soon as we got to our rooms and found roaches, no linens or shower curtain, open window because a/c didnt work, smelled like smoke, sticky floors... staff was not helpful at all.
