Our room was clean. I really only focus on the bed & bathroom. They were clean. Furniture was decent, the pullnout bed was due to be replaced, carpet definitely needs to go!!! ALL the furnishings in the lobby needs to be replaced. It was all stain & worn out. Breakfast was good. Staff wasnt necessarily rude but definitely was not friendly!!! They were all blah. Over we had a good experience and would recommend.

We went to a family vacations, room pretty decent, comfy beds, but the bathroom was a little dirty, hair in the shower and no fan in the bathroom, breakfast pretty good.

Amazing stay thanks to the staff and clean facility! We will be back again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful which is very important to me. The room and hotel was clean and well maintained. The hotel serving a free buffet breakfast was a plus. The close proximity to the area attractions and local stores was great.

Our sheets were dirty and one of the comforters had the cotton coming out. The room had a strong smell of armpits. The bed felt as if it had crumbs. Staff was friendly at checkin. I expected better since it was a Holiday Inn and it was NOT

I didn't like the $30 surcharge for utilities. It does not show up anywhere. If this is a legitimate charge it should have appeared up front. On another front, how do I collect the hotel dollars?

Everything was good except the beds were to hard

Everyone was very helpful and the accommodations were great.

Place was great for a one night stay before driving to the south entrance of the Grand Canyon. One minor complaint is that there were two TV remotes with no explanation as to which to use. Took a while to figure out a second remote was in the room, which was the one to use for viewing different channels, etc.

All the reviews I read before booking this hotel have to be paid reviews. This hotel was nasty! I paid over $200 to stay here, plus the front desk charged me an additional $30 for a utility fee???? I normally stay at Holiday Inn Express Hotels because they are normally clean and have nice rooms. This place was so gross! Would not recommend!!!!!!!!!!!

The property was very clean, the staff were very friendly, professional and welcoming! We will be staying again! We were very comfortable!

Staff friendly and helpful

It was okay. For the price point I expected better. The dog fee ($50) is outrageous. The lobby needs some sprucing up, warmer lights, some rugs etc. The room and bathroom felt dated. Staff was excellent though, very friendly and helpful. Tdlr, overpriced for what it is.

Ease of checking in! Breakfast was exceptional, except for the pancake machine! Takes too long and size too small!!! Other than that, ok!
