Nice room Good breakfast Problem: not able to close light blocking curtains, trac does not go to center of window Only had curtain shears

Very nice place. Clean and quiet. The door on my room was difficult to open and close. The USB chargers didn’t work. But overall very comfortable. Really good breakfast.

Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers! The hotel is very nice, bedrooms nice and large. Rosemary from the front desk was especially friendly and helpful. She texted when we first got to our room to make sure we were comfortable and too see if we needed anything. We could opt out of these text messages, but u found it very helpful. Thanks, rosemary! You were great!

bedding material is not fresh clean

Everything was good. The place was clean. The staff was friendly. The food was good.

This was my first time staying at a Hamptons Hotel and I really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly, easy check-in. Hotel was presentable, nice and clean.

Everything was amazing! Stag was very friendly and helpful.

Had to pick up some equipment & it was close. They have a huge parking lot in front of the hotel & it could hold 20 semi easily. Will definitely stay there again if I'm in the area!

Great stay!

Place is terrible. Short staffed so there’s always a sign at the desk that no one is there and they are away helping other guests. Breakfast opens at 6 am and by 640 am they were almost completely out of food. Rooms are dirty. Carpet coming up on hallways. Unfriendly staff that can’t figure out a computer. Welcome to Snyder!

Overall, it was a good stay. The bed that we had was not quite as good as most Hampton ends I’ve been at, but otherwise the hotel was excellent. The carpets in the hallway were a little torn up as well.

The desk clerk was very cordial and the check-in was easy.

Good room. Pool and pool area were unheated and quite cold

We have stayed here the last two years for a baseball tournament . Bed are comfortable , rooms are clean and service was great .

We stay at this hotel whenever we travel from South Texas to Colorado. The staff is always very helpful and the hotel in very nice.

Beds comfy. Make sure to put out the “sleep “ door hanger if you don’t want housekeeping waking you up. Breakfast was okay, but everything was cold. A microwave would have been great to heat foods up. Good coffee.
