The hotel is clean, had great vibe and interior design. Amenities include a small gym with good equipment and a yoga studio. Good was fantastic, great section for meat and non-meat eaters. Restaurant and bar staff very friendly and good service. Good selection of pools, just have to be up early for main pool ‘best’ beds, with canopies. Can’t fault the hotel but was disappointed with the reception service. We went for our honeymoon and pre-told the hotel. We weren’t given an upgrade like many couple we spoke to and like many reviews show. We actually were given a different room for the 1st night because our original room was broken. Meaning we had to move room the following morning and couldn’t unpack and relax the night of arrival. The room was bigger and reception made it sound like they were giving a complimentary upgrade (for 12 hours), though it was only because they had to and it actually gave us more inconvenience. As a ‘sorry’ we got given the same fruit platter and sparkling that we would have got anyway as it was our honeymoon. After that bad start the rest of the stay was lovely.

The spa was amazing but all the staff were so helpful and friendly. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff, amazing hotel and beautiful country

Lovely hotel in Rethymno. The service was good and very helpful. There was plenty of options for food and drink in the all-inclusive package, I'd highly recommend. They had some entertainment on at 9pm pretty much every day but there wasn't much else other than that. We stayed in the suite and it was wonderful for a couple's one week holiday. It's only five minutes to the beach which was nice an easy.

A great hotel with lovely staff and very clean. Reception area is welcoming, beautiful and smells fantastic! The rooms are a little on the small side and the lighting isn’t great, especially in the bathroom and shower. There is also a smell which comes from the drains but overall, a great hotel and I would highly recommend it. 3 pools to choose from all with beds although they need to be stricter on the policy of not reserving subbed early in the morning.

The hotel was an amazing place right from first walking in to when we had to leave. The food and drink and the pool area were all amazing - we would love to return!

Stayed here last year and absolutely loved it so decided to go back…and we’re so glad we did. The food is delicious and not repetitive like some All Inclusive hotels. The staff are amazing too, so friendly and accommodating. New addition to the hotel from last year is the rooftop pool and bar… great for sunsets

Overall this hotel was a really well designed and super clean. The room was wonderful, and the Jacuzzi was a bonus! For the price, I would expect there to be enough sunbeds for the amount of guests, and the food and drink to be a higher quality. Having your breakfast, lunch and dinner all in the same place with the same buffet is quite repetitive.

Very nice modern room. The beach is at a walkable distance. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choice. Easy to park near the property as we are outside the city of Rethymno.

From beautiful scent around the venue, harmonic chic design, tropical plants to delicious and diverse food options. This is pure Eden vibe where you can reset your mind. Like a cherry on the top is the quality of the service. Staff members are professional, smiley and welcoming and that’s about everyone from receptionist to cleaners. Some of them are going beyond, so I believe it’s worth to mention their names: Spyros - the best skilled bartender, Olimpia and Michalis - the most smiley, warm and welcoming waiters, Pareskevi - super nice chef ( thank you for all those delicious Risottos 😊) and big applause for Manolis - Restaurant Manager who made us feel special and well looked after. He is a very proactive and professional leader. Me and my husband are working hospitality for more than 15 years and we know how hard is to to built such a great team so well done guys! Thank you so much for a perfect wedding anniversary celebration.

The entire hotel is super nicely furnished. Not one ugly piece, high quality wood etc. Almost unreal value for money also with the all inklusive! Would definitely recommend it! Only the location seems off not sure there is anything around other than the highway. We were passing through to go more West so didn’t mind, but seems a car is defiantly a must of you want to go anywhere off property.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff couldn’t fault them every one was super sweet apart from one lady in the resrurant who had a bad attitude the whole time. She needs to liven up. Other than her couldn’t fault it at all.

Fabulous hotel in every way! The room, the service, the staff, decor, facilities, food and drink were all exceptional. The hotel is very modern and has a really chilled vibe. The pool area particularly is picture perfect. The hotel is located around 4 miles from Rethymno Old town and can be easily walked in just over an hour. Plenty of taverna locally if you fancy a change. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
