Very good location near train station to Nice. Good price for such location.

Black mold in the shower. Bathroom door handle broken. Surprisingly expensive for a hotel that doesn't even have a full time desk and you have to use an automated check in system. The locks on the window have obviously been broken into many times.

The most rude staff ever. Dont book this place

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom got really hot after a shower. A/C worked great, and the keyless entry was great.

Functional stay in a place on the western side of Nice. Perfectly fine place, secure car parking. Just what was needed.

Cheap budget hotel. See why it’s a 2 star. Needs a make over. All done by digital code so no door key needed. However air conditioning does work. Expensive for what it is but needs must. Would I stay here again…. If I had no option yes I would

The B&B was very close and walkable to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and efficient and the concierge was such a big help to us as we speak very little French. He was very pleasant. I would come back again!

If you book on hotel.com the access codes it’s not correct. It takes a long time to contact reception when they are not there

The place was very nice, the room was clean and was spacious. We have been travelling for days around France and this one has been the best so far within the range. Perfect for travelling on budget.

Was ok shower was dirty and mildewy Property is next to McDonalds. There are two of these hotels close to one another so make sure you get the right one

When we arrived we noticed they left a towel on the bathroom floor. Then we realised it was because the toilet was leaking and it was even worse when we used the shower.

Tried to check in at machine, but there was no option for prepaid. Fire alarm sounded at 7am. Sleeping. Dressed prepared to evacuate No announcement. Went to desk. Told this is normal for France, "what is my problem". Emailed B&B regarding alarm, still waiting for a response. Expecting none,

There was no hair dryer in the room, but the A/C and the wifi worked very well. It is near the beach.

This location is very far from the centre. It takes ages to get to the Village from here. Our toilet seat was broken and the self service check in machine was not working. Don't waste your money going here - Rather book an airbnb for less.

Perfectly good BB. Comfy enough and next to a McDonald's, which was handy.
