The email I received confirming my booking did not include a booking reference number - which was need to gain entry. However, the lady who answered when I called using the intercom was very helpful and supplied the number.
I then used the system to order two breakfasts for the following morning. However, next morning, it transpired neither my name nor that of my companion appeared on the list of guests who had paid for breakfast. When I checked my printed receipt I saw that it credited me with having paid not for two breakfasts, but for "two animals". - which was not what I had ordered. However, once again the member of staff was very helpful and we quickly and amicably came to an understanding.
