En general bien, sólo que los Viernes y Sábados por la noche se escucha mucho ruido hasta las 2 o 3 de la mañana y no se puede descansar.

I did not like anything about this place. Horrible rooms, not clean beds. Dirty bathroom, inconsistent hot water, faulty air conditioner, plugged faucet, terrible restaurant, parking offsite you need to cross street and walk behind a building ti get access to it if arriving late. The worst hotel in all of my years of traveling.

My Stay at the hotel was the Most Fantastic time I have had at any hotel. The staff bend over backwards to accommodate you in every way possible in my opinion this hotel rates a 10 I will recommend the hotel to my friends and anybody who is visiting Villahermosa. The cleanliness of the hotel what is the best I have ever seen

The access to the elevator and the parking. People at the fromt desk very nice

The downtown area is dirty and stinky. I don't think the sewers work well, so there is a smell of sewage everywhere. Including the lobby/entry of this hotel.

The hotel is in the middle of a super-messy and noisy street with markets and clubs. They have a parking lot about 200m away, but no way you can find it yourself, so you need to leave your car somewhere, and ask staff. Staff does not speak a word of english, making everything harder. Room itself is ok, except for plastic-feeling linen. We were on the third floor (kind of far from the noise), but still everything was vibrating due to the music downstairs, and the whole place is really really loud non-stop throughout the night.

Very convenient area. Fun at night. Room was too cold on one side and too hot on the other. I would stay again

En general nos fue bien, buscábamos un hotel para ir a dormir y fue lo que hicimos, el hotel ya es viejo pero le dan mantenimiento, sus habitaciones amplias, su ropa de cama antigua y almohadas muy boludas no descansas Agusto, siguiero y n cambio, así como de las cortinas ya están desgastadas.

Muy amable el personal, muy limpia la habitación, la comida muy rica, y un buen precio😊sin duda volvería😊

El estacionamiento no es propio, sino uno público a media cuadra, no tiene área para ascenso/descenso de pasajeros y hay que cargar las maletas cruzando calle y caminando unos 50 metros.
