Convenient

While convenient and cheap, the place needs a serious facelift.

The hotel was backed up with people wanting to check in and no rooms available, i.e. cleaned. The man at the front desk did nothing to calm the ugly crowd waiting. It was very tense and uncomfortable. I’ve never seen a more disorganized front desk.

Room was old, dated and dirty. Water in sink and shower did not drain. By the time the water was hot in the shower, there was 2” of water in the tub. When I was done up to my ankles. Water from the spout was shooting all over the room, the floor was soaking wet. Bed spreads were left over from the 1970’s.

Checked-in late and called ahead to confirm that was ok. The you man at the front desk seemed annoyed and couldn't be bothered that I was calling to make sure that was ok. I thought I was just being courteous. The rooms could use some fresh paint and little more upkeep. Some light smells of smoke as well. Overall, a bed to lay in...

I was surprised by the conditions of this hotel. It was unclean, dated and the halls reeked of Fabulouso cleaner. It was so strong and nauseating and I think it was present to hide the mold smell.

Inferior hotel with attitude.

The hotel needs to be updated. Also there is a mustiness in the air throughout the building. The room was clean, comfortable, great A/C. Bed was comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. Mostly I appreciated how quiet the hallways were. Got a good night sleep. And I felt safe. Would recommend

First, there’s no “breakfast” buffet. The hallways in the wings are musty at best. I don’t use a hairdryer, but the bathroom had a hanger/charger above the sink, but no blower. Beds are OK, pillows old and not so good. This morning of my departure, I found no soap in the bathroom, an oversight of the room cleaner. The bathroom light turns on the ceiling exhaust fan—OK—but the noise is remarkable. Great bagel shop across the street along with a gourmet market.

They can do better with minor upgrades. One sink was inoperable - didn’t drain. Front desk manager was not pleasant to work with.

The room smelled horribly musty, stains on the walls, blood on the exit door to parking lot and a lunatic Manager. Stay far away no matter how enticing the rates are.
