The room on the 2nd floor is noisy due to the small passage corridor, people are roaring around. Toilet water leaked gurgling all night quite uncomfortable. The bedspread has not been cleaned, there are still many stains, though not used.

Rooms have very good windows, clean toilets, dryer and kettle. Will come back if there is a business trip in Hanoi

The staff and security guards here are very attentive and comfortable, compared to the price of the hotel, I found the room quite nice and comfortable. There is nothing to blame always.

Hotel dirty, old and very smelly room smell cigarette. Stained bed sheets. Because the hotel is so Korean Korean in a lot, at night when they go drinking on, stirring loud, noisy could not sleep.

Namu Hotel is located conveniently next to a major road with light traffic. The service is good, the staffs were attentive and pleasant. The bathroom in which I stayed kept smelling like a dirty sewer, and it affected my comfort during the night. The breakfasts was simple but delicious, and is reminiscent of a home-cooked meal. All in all, it was great except for the bathroom.
