The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. The elegant décor of the rooms, top-notch amenities, and high-quality services are the prime attractions of this hotel. I loved it!

Basic hotel, nice pub and restaurant. Friendly staff. Rooms are very basic. No ironing boards Price is a bit high for standard room. Options limited in Smithers, hence room cost.

Bed was foam and lumpy Newly decorated Wanted a couch to sit on, could not, cold plastic, carpet felt like outside plastic, big ridge to step on for carpet and wood floor join Pillows comfortable Furnishing to big for a small room 1 foot between bed and dresser

The mattresses in our room were pretty worn out big divot in the middle of it. Didn’t have the best sleep because of it. But overall the hotel is nicest in Smithers. But at the price point they should be updating their beds more frequently.

Our stay was very nice! The rooms were very clean, the beds were super comfy, and the staff were great.

I didn’t like the shower as well the exhaust fan in bathroom was so loud.
