No room no electric

Not front beach, old building needs upgrades. Did not honor my 2 cabanas reservation, just gave me one room had to share room w our friends.

There's a club right next to it, so be ready not to sleep much. Our room door wouldn't stay shut without locking it and the fans in the lobby didn't work. The front desk receptionist, Claudette was very, very nice and helpful! If it wasn't for the club noise, the location is great.

Place was very nice and clean. Staff service was excellent. Beach is right across and have a lounge area to hang out Unfortunately is in a location that is very loud until the wee hours of the night

Las cabañas están bien ubicadas, fácil acceso a la playa, restaurantes, bares y relativamente cerca a la plaza principal. La habitación es espaciosa y sencilla, la cama cómoda. Nos hubiese gustado q tuviera un refrigerator o nevera pequeña. El bar enseguida colocaba su música a muy alto volumen hasta dos y tres de la mañana lo cual fue algo incómodo. A ratos no había agua (creo q es un problema general de la isla). La atención de Ana, en la recepción fue buena al igual q la limpieza de la habitación por Israel. Las playas de Holbox son encantadoras y los atardeceres espectaculares. Como fuimos en Febrero no tuvimos la oportunidad de ver el tiburón ballena ni los flamingos rosados. En general la isla está muy cambiada. Nosotros fuimos en el 2014. Ahora hay sobrepoblaciom de taxis y turistas. Personalmente creemos q la isla no tiene la infraestructura suficiente para la demanda q hay en estos momentos. Nos comentaban los locales que eventualmente las playas se van a privatizar, no que sus muy lamentable. Igual recomendamos que la conozcan, la visiten. Tiene restaurantes y bares muy buenos con comida variada ☺️

Is a great location, the atuff super Friendly , the room comfortable.. but definitely needs an up date... is sad that such great place the livingroom for example looks abandoned kind of scary and durty

Walking distance to the beach was good but the room didn’t get cold enough and bed and pillow were hard

This place is not good, their advertising is misleading, is not beachfront, the beach is across the street, the room that we had is old, super old, electrical wires are hanging on the wall, mold in tje bathroom and room, bugs, bed is super hard, the ac barely works and the ceiling fan doesn’t work at all, not worth the money, I would not recommend this place at all, the only good thing is the staff is nice and do what they can to help.

Check-in not ready when we arrived at time was the first of a stayed with very noisy moments along all day and night, very bad attitude of service from lady at reception, low quality of furniture and bath sink broke without cold water. They use a “beachfront” word in advertising in a tricky way so be careful.

It was the most horrible hotel I ever had. Ugly, dirty, uncomfortable, totally rocked down. We spent as less as possible time in the hotel, during all days we enjoyed the wonderful beach but in the nights we had to deal with this bad place. Outside the hotel was loud music during all the night until the early morning, The walls and windows did not hold back that noise. Hard to fall into sleep if you feel like in the middle of a dance club. Never ever again I would join this hotel. The price was definitely not worth it. It’s a shame that this hotel is listed in expedía.

Really disappointing. The rooms really bad. The amenities too. Way to high price for this hotel.

Overall we enjoyed and spent a good time with family About the hotel Pros: wonderful location right in front of the beach! Cons: fans were dirty, sink drip, tv doesn't really work About the Island: Pros: nice plate to visit, wonderful beaches and white sand Cons: the food in the restaurants is too expensive and low quality and doesn't taste really good for the price, sadly there was a lot of seaweed and I didn't see any authority or hotel owners cleaning it, I requested to the Hotel's staff to clear a path so we can walk to the sea

The owners are on siten very nice and accomadating. Rustic feel, kind staff, constantly claeaning. Best ice cold on the island

Great location with lovely beach. Simple accommodation a little “rustic” but suited our needs. Comfy bed but needs new pillows. Cheap beer and cocktails! Lovely service. Would return
