They never went to pick us up at the train station

They cancelled my reservation I got there after 6pm and they cancelled my reservation 😳

el bano deverian de poner algo en el piso del bano esta muy resbaloso mi esposo se callo y se golpio la cabeza y que los choferes sean mas amables y mas todo lo demas estuvo bien muchas gracias

Hotel is built pretty cheap!!!! No ventilation in rooms, toilet was not working, light on bathroom was not working and the door for the room is as thin as paper!!! You can hear anything walking by the hallway

Hotel conveniente en precio, limpio. Solo que ofrecen desayuno y nosotros llegamos 40 min antes de que terminara y ya no había prácticamente nada el personal ahí mal encarado. Pero por el precio no está mal …

Dificultad para conectar al wifi nunca nos pudimos conectar,

El hotel cumple con lo que promete, tienen buen servicio de limpieza y el personal es atento, lo único que yo agregaría es teléfono en las habitaciones, hay que ir a recepción cada que algo se ofrece o tienes dudas.el desayuno es básico pero no es malo, tienen buen café.

This is far away from the train station, if you plan to travel from the station, do not stay here. The hotel seem to have a lot of business from touring companies so no personalize service, also they only accept cash (apparently because their station was down) but this is not ok, because they should even be able to accept and electronic transfer (so this is not ok), also the beds are hard as of rock, water is hot and good thought, so if you need some where to stay is ok.

No tenían registrada mi reserva, llegue a las 10 pm con mi familia, muy agotados por el viaje y qieriamos cenar y descansar, y cuando llegamos nos dicen q todo está ocupado y q no hay lugar para ntros, le dije al chavo q ya teniamos nuestra reserva desde el mes de noviembre y nos dijo q tenia una cabaña para una noche (casi casi de favor)... asi q fatal el recibimiento. Pd. Y dormimos sin cenar porq no habia nada abierto a esa hora.

Pesimo servicio, no tenían wifi, mini split no servía, y no había agua, las chicas de recepción súper mala atención.
