Location excellent The staff was helpful, spoke English well and kind. The breakfast was SUPERB. Only wish we had an inside room and NOT one facing the alley for the street noise went on until 2 pm in the morning.

A very nice hotel that is centrally located. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean, spacious, have tea and coffee making facilities as well as a refrigerator. The bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommended.

Good location

Nice no frills hotel with absolutely great location. It's right in the middle of the Old Town, 5 minutes walking distance to all the attractions.

Shower temp varies and requires frequent adjustment

Very nice hotel, perfect location, a few steps to the beautiful old town. Staff is friendly and helpful. Room is quiet and clean. Amenities are sparse. All in one shampoo, body wash, very manly smell. No lotion. Bring your own. I did appreciate their desire to not be wasteful. Hotel is definitely eco-friendly. Air-conditioning in the room was efficient and quiet Appreciated water in the room. A very nice hotel in a beautiful city.

As a couple we found the StayInn Hotel absolutely fantastic .the location could not have been better .The staff ,especially Zosia on reception was wonderful so friendly and did everything she could to help us .Her English was perfect ,she was excellent as front of house .We did not eat in the hotel but could not fault our stay in any way.

Amazing stay in a fabulous town. We never expected Gdansk to be such jewel.

The hotel is in the perfect location for the old area of the city (which is beautiful by the way). The staff were extremely helpful and the room was immaculate. Would not hesitate going back again, in fact, we probably wouldn't even bother looking anywhere else as it ticked every box!!

Awesome location, very clean room, nice layout. Room doesn’t get dark enough to sleep well. Bed was ok, but not super comfortable. Customer service was great! The area can be a bit noisy on Friday nights!
