Hotel was ok. Was missing a quilt on a bed and only had 2 towels for 4 people

The property shows an 8.0 then when you chose it you see a 7.2. I have on this trip stayed in other 7.2 locations and other B+B locations. This one was the worst place we stayed in on this trip. I would give it a 4.2 max. Didnt feel clean at all in room. Couldnt notify front desk as there is no attendant till 4pm.

Fantastic service from front desk Malik great room nice and clean breakfast well prepared and presented.

The place is very nice quiet and clean and the staff are very friendly. If you’re looking for quietness you’ll be served.

Do not stay here if you are a family going to DisneyLand. I really cannot figure out any reviews above a 1 star. It’s dirty, smells of sewerage and the area feels as though your car won’t be there in the morning. If it was not for the fact we arrived late and had no other option for one night before Disney I would have left, in fact my wife and I did discuss if we were all safer and cleaner to sleep in the car.

It was fantastic place nice and quiet the room was very spacious we was all impressed about the size of the room. The staff was very smily and friendly

Good value apartment, short driving distance from disneyland

Brilliant staff. And very clean. There was slight hiccup with booking in, but they were so helpful and calm. It was hugely appreciated. Thank you

The vending machine didn't work so only access to cold drinks was via the bathroom tap. The lighting in the room was poor as there were no ceiling mounted light fittings. The walls between the rooms were also thin as voices and doors closing could be heard which led to a disappointing nights sleep. However, the receptionist was very helpful.

Excellent value property. If you’re needing somewhere cheap for a few days this is the perfect place! It was exceptionally clean, and checking in and out was effortless. The only criticism I would have is it would be nice to have a kettle in the room. However, this didn’t effect our stay. The beds were very comfortable too. Great location for Disneyland Paris.

The location is very good near to Disneyland and Paris. Room was clean, The lady receptionist was good, with smiling face. But Mr. Anis a Moroccan guy behaviour was ridiculous. breakfast time was up to 10am. we been there 9.45am ,he said you are late there is no breakfast left, it was already paid , then he said you have only 10 min so hurry up. I think hotel management should kick him out who don't know about customer service. all of stay his behaviour remained same, he did not feel that his behaviour was not good.

Went a day w no hot water but hotel staff was great

Good hotel for price Cleaned daily. Room are nice and a good size tv Wish they would have been a kettle.tho

B&B Pontault Combault is about ten miles from Disney 60-70 euros taxi fare away though of course it is cheaper than the hotels in Disney. The room was fine. I had not realised that I would miss the lack of tea making equipment in the room quite so much.I knew it was not supplied. The staff were helpful especially the man on security at night!

La chambre présentait plusieurs défauts d’entretien : la tête de lit était déchirée, laissant apparaître le bois, et rafistolée sommairement avec un morceau de scotch. Une odeur désagréable de remontée de canalisation se dégageait de la salle de bain. De plus, j’ai constaté la présence de fourmis sur la table de travail. Cela donne une impression de négligence générale, dommage.

Personnel très gentil mais dommage la chambre salle et surtout pas de climatisation c'est horrible bref

Très bien, propre et accueil chaleureux

Bon rapport qualité prix avec un bon emplacement sans nuisance sonore. La literie est de qualité, la chambre propre et fonctionnelle.

Excellent accueil et service de la part de Malik notre Hôte, les chambres sont très propre et l’hôtel est situé dans un endroit très agréable et calme. C’est peut être la 5eme fois que j’y séjourne.
