Clean. Friendly. Best breakfast ever. I felt very welcomed.

The staff were great! Hotel was very well kept. We had a great stay and would certainly stay here again.

Reasonably priced and attentive staff. I liked it a lot and would return. My only quibbles are that the carpet in my room could use replacing and the hot water would become lukewarm in the morning during times of high use. I think the hotel is phasing out the carpets, because I saw that other rooms had hard-surface floors.

To start with, WiFi it’s terrible! TERRIBLE! Goes on and off every two minutes being impossible to use the internet. Bathroom was old and looked and felt dirty. Hotel It’s dated and noisy.

Pros: Room was clean and that serves the price. Cons: Neighborhood seemed creepy and filthy. Very basic amenities. A couple of days the rooms was not cleaned when I got back after 4 pm. Overall, a very basic hotel with clean room and good price. Good choice for just overnight and don't want to pay much.

Was amazing!

The hotel is a block away from the San Joaquin metro stop and has a wonderful restaurant along with English speaking staff. The hotel is on the edge of the Japanese district of Sao Paulo and I think is a great value for the money. It would easily be double the price in the U.S.

Excellent services. My friend and I had to leave very early in the morning to catch the bus. When the receptionist heard our conversation, he offered to serve our breakfast at 4:30am!!! Very helpful and well trained service. I wish I could stay there longer.

Close to metro, close to Liberdade. Fairly average hotel, nothing to complain about. Comfortable bed, nice big desk in room for emails. A good, solid 3-star hotel, breakfast has plenty of options but not to my liking, not very fresh, and they only give you very small plates. Feels like a safe neighborhood.

I loved this hotel! The crew working the front desk was especially friendly and welcoming! They found, and then arranged for me to visit a local physical therapist to work on my rather painful back. Breakfast was excellent, with a goodly assortment of fruit, cold meats and cheeses, scrambled eggs, and various breads and pastries. A short walk away from the hotel was a large Japanese area, filled with shops and food outlets that resembled any section in Tokyo!

The hotel was close to my business meeting, had a very good breakfast (bacon, eggs, cereal, pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, etc.), and had staff that genuinely cared about me as a guest. I'd definitely recommend this hotel

No luxury, but lots of strengths: Good bed, pillow, shower. 24 room service with full menu, and without service fee. Good internet speed. Excellent staff. Highly recommend.

Quarto confortável, bem localizado e funcionários atenciosos. Tive um problema com ruídos do quarto ao lado, liguei na recepção e me ajudaram a resolver.

A equipe do hotel tem prazer em receber os hóspedes! Vai muito além daquela educação e tratamento formais de costume.

日本人街（東洋人街）のリベルダーデ地区の南に位置しており、地下鉄 São Joaquim駅が徒歩5分ほどです。 ブラジル日本移民資料館やブラジル日本文化福祉協会がすぐ近くにあるので、その関連でサンパウロを訪れる時は近くていいと思います。 フロントの人は毎回親切で好印象で、滞在中は色々な質問にも対応していただきました。 屋根がついている車寄せがあるので、タクシーからは安心してホテルで降りることができます。時々、近くの浮浪者が寄ってくることがあるので注意は必要です。 なお、ホテルの宿泊代に加えて、サービス料をホテルの受付でチェックイン時に、現地で払わないといけないのが、ややこしいと思います。エクスペディアの決済時に一緒に払うことができるようにしたら良いのに、と思います。

Foi uma estadia muito agradável. Os funcionários são muito gentis e atenciosos. O quarto amplo, cama grande e confortável. Banheiro espaçoso, com um ótimo chuveiro. O café da manhã é muito bom, opções variadas e tudo saboroso. Próximo à estação do metrô e pertinho da Feirinha da Liberdade.
