Property facilities were great. Enjoyed the breakfest buffet included. Excellent attention to service by the dining staff and front desk. Good value for money. Great location and easy access to shopping and dining.

Visistng for vacation had to request room change 2 times due to bathroom untide bath tub and broken sink conditions

Outstanding customer service

Hotel furniture is too old. Air conditioner in the room did not work. Rooms are not clean and smell a bit bad. Terrible marketing for the Wyndham brand. Some hotel photos are fake, example, this hotel does not have a pool.

Its a great place but they need to upgrade the tv and tge bathrooms anything else is nice and also need more accessible outles

Very good in general but if you start looking for the small details will find broken lamps and accessories in the room, I guess it's just dated .

Very nice and recently renovated. Comfortable bed and very clean bathroom

The hotel is very good, but the people in the front desk is terrible. The person in charge of the front desk was very despotic, rude, abusing her small power base against the hotel's guests. The person who attended to me gave me the name of Mariana, who informed me that the manager on duty, Nelly Rico, was not at the hotel and would not be returning. I asked her to talk with the manager at 3pm when it was time to check in. I am very sorry for the investors whom have a Wonderfull property.

The mattress was extremely old and uncomfortable. We left a polo sweater in the room and when we attempted to get it back, no one knew where it was and cleaning staff denied seeing it. We went back to the hotel to have them check and no one tried to help us get it back, overall would never stay there again. Hotel needs updating …
