Please check again, the toilet spray hose is leaking, making it a bit muddy under the toilet, and the sound from the TV next door is very loud. Try to improve the soundproofing in each room so you can rest comfortably. Everything else is fine, thank you.

Close to PRJ. Access to the Jakarta Fair is very easy. Just cross the street. Late check-in is actually possible, but yesterday's ticket counter was full, coinciding with the Jakarta Fair. However, they helped me to delay the check-in process for a while. Thank you.

Staying at Holiday Inn Kemayoran was very satisfying, close to PRJ, clean rooms, friendly staff, delicious breakfast.

I've stayed here twice because my child got a job at PRJ. This time the hotel price was 800 thousand but there was no meat, chicken, or fish for breakfast. Breakfast was only syr fried rice which tasted random, and kwetiuw which tasted terrible, stir-fried cauliflower. Plates and spoons were placed on the buffet but many were still crusty. The first room I got was dirty and had lots of black spots on the floor. Moving rooms also didn't help because there was no carpet because it was wet so the floor was sticky. Maybe because PRJ was on, the hotel was always full every day so they quickly cleaned the rooms from previous guests. Please improve the cleanliness. It's called express but cleanliness must be prioritized. The location is good because it's in the JIEXPO complex.

Hotel staff member Desy was very helpful in finding a recommended room based on the booking notes. The location is very strategic for accessing PRJ Jakarta 2025. The room was clean, well-appointed, and provided with Dove brand soap, shampoo, and hand soap.

WiFi is difficult, is it a coincidence or is it true? The kwetiau tastes a bit burnt.. and it's probably close to 10 o'clock so the restaurant is a bit messy

The administrative service at the front is not good..there is no notification to the guest whether the stay will be extended or not

It was a struggle to get to the hotel because of the PRJ long weekend. The room was not as requested (connecting door) but the FO still tried to make it close, because it was full of visitors. Minus the elevator that was in error.

Comfortable room, if possible, add another refrigerator in the room & additional shower cap for us women, overall everything is really good for staying next to Jiexpo after coming to the event to rest… The staff is also friendly & really good, keep it up & there are more discounts/other promotions, waiting… :)
